  1. I had one on my late vintage Mini. It improved accuracy some. It does much better on the older pencil barrels. I took mine off just to reduce weight. My mini is bone stock with iron sights. Good skunk rifle. I had Gun Doc do my trigger. He was the Mini guru at the time. The gun can be accurized, but not a cheap process. I decided to just love the mini for what it is, and get high accuracy from a better platform. Here's a bunch of the stuff. Looks like he gave up his web site and put everything on Facebook... https://www.facebook.com/watch/TheGunDoc/
  2. I don't know the answer. Just trying to find some hope that I won't be wearing a mask for the rest of my life.
  3. This is confusing. How was smallpox eradicated with vaccines if it continued to thrive in vaccinated people?
  4. Went for years without having to check headspace in AR's. These days, I check them. I built a gun for a friend with a Stoner barrel. The headspace was so short on it that it wouldn't go into battery without slamming the bolt carrier home. The gun was a 2 1/2 hour drive from me. Had to replace the barrel. So now, anything I build gets the gauges.
  5. I don't reload 9mm for the same reason. If I run out, I will be forced to switch over to my 45's. I will probably add 9mm if sanity ever returns, even though 45 will kill you deader
  6. The hammer spring is quite a bit beefier than a milspec trigger. I've inflicted pain on myself a few times lining up the hammer for the pin.
  7. The Larue trigger is GREAT! And that's coming from a guy that owns five Geissele triggers. I have one. The MBT kinda falls in between the SSA and SSA-E in terms of feel. The trigger bow is fatter than the Geisseles. If I was going to buy a trigger for anything less than a precision rifle, it would be the LaRue until they raise their prices to Geissele levels.
  8. Me neither. I'm covered up in ammo, primers, powder, etc. I'm Obama trained
  9. Varget and Reloader 15 are gonna be real close, maybe identical on the chrony. I just loaded the three powders into quickload and they were virtually the same peak pressure and muzzle velocity. Might be worth a try
  10. That's my favorite too. I have two of them. All my carbines have attachment points for two point and single point. The only thing I like better is Travis Haley's sling. I haven't liked it well enough to pay for it.
  11. That's why I like them so much. They work real well, and easy to fix and upgrade.
  12. I put a PSA rifle kit together for my brother that shoots like that one.
  13. Looks like the peak was Feb 6...
  14. I'm so sick of politicians making us jump through hoops for the sake of THEIR power. Assholes!
  15. Backfeed is tricky. You better know what you're doing. Mine is a 240v/50a backfeed, with separate breaker for the genset. All the wiring is right sized. Current monitoring is via this... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08G37ML2R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Spigot and suicide cord below
  16. Yeah. I don't get it. Kentucky went to constitutional carry and nobody even noticed.
  17. Call them what? I am running out of words.
  18. I wish Letereat's final thread would come up more. That's my all time favorite.
  19. I have one of the Henry rifles too. Never have shot it
  20. Well... I thought Tanker snuck in the back door.
  21. I hate myself for the ones I let get away. Never owned a Python, but had some good S&W specimens. Now I just have some J frames.
  22. I have a 15kw Generac that will power everything. Haven't needed it yet.
  23. I agree. But they would be compelled to if the state laws were in place. Some cops are natural born tyrants.
