  1.   I'm sure he's lawyered up and ready to kick the deputy's ass. I'm all for this one.
  2.   The vid in the OP is back. 13,000 views when I checked back in. Looks like Deputy Dawg is getting some fame.
  3.   I'll bring the turnip greens
  4. George is just misunderstood by his lovers. That will change for the better when he becomes "our white bitch".
  5.   Whut? Until now, you thought he was a bright boy? :) He's been an idiot from day one.
  6. Doesn't Kershaw sharpen them for free? Most 350's are coated blades. They're also recurves. I know it's a pain to send them back, but might be an option. From what I hear, they're not real slow.
  7. What a dumbass.
  8. Joebob is a top notch vendor. They're right up there with BCM and Primary Arms.
  9.   I haven't seen a kit packaged with a Geissele trigger. I ordered a Spike's kit without the FCG parts, and ordered the trigger separately. Here's one...   http://www.joeboboutfitters.com/JP_Lower_Receiver_Parts_Kit_without_Trigger_Parts_p/jp-lpk-ltg.htm
  10. I'm gonna be in barrel wait hell, at least until the end of December. At least I have everything except a box of factory ammo to set a base line for load development.
  11.   I think you may be right. More people are going to keep larger quanities of ammo. When it comes to powder, I won't flinch at buying an 8 pound jug, just because it may be my last chance. I lucked up last week at the Reloader's Bench. Those guys are working pretty hard to keep a decent stock.   BTW... they still have a 1k limit on primers by type.
  12.   It's heavy. But, unlike the 45 ACP, you really do only have to shoot 'em once.
  13.   Y'all should just move to .458 SOCOM and ditch those poodle shooters. A TTSX reaches full expansion (better than 3/4") at 1000 fps or greater. Don't have to worry about hydrostatic shock when you can see daylight thru the hole :)
  14.   I want a Shield. Not badly enough to go on a serious chase, but I'll wind up owning one.
  15.   Almost as good as finding an uncashed paycheck!
  16.   For somebody that hunts deer in their house shoes, you probably want a Blackout anyway :)
  17.   Alexander Arms factory ammo: 123 grain Lapua Scenar (you can get these velocities with 2520 powder)   24" Barrel   Muzzle velocity: 2620   Velocity @ 1000 yards: 1300 19,5" Barrel   Muzzle velocity: 2565   Velocity @ 1000 yards: 1270   May not be worth adding pounds to the gun. I wouldn't go below 20 though.   By the time you do some load dinking for accuracy, you may not still be supersonic. The bright side is that there will be less barrel whip with a 20, so it probably won't require as much load dinking to begin with. Barrel length doesn't add accuracy. It just adds velocity, with possibly a slight hit to accuracy.
  18. Weight vs muzzle velocity. The difference in velocity isn't huge.
  19.   Get the one that takes forever :). This is the ass backwardest AR I've ever built. It will also be the best one.
  20. OK... I get THAT.
  21. Well, one slip of the foot and his nutz would be history :) Cool video.
  22.   Depends on if it's necessary for population control. If it is, hunting probably isn't the worst way to get it done. I don't know a lot about it though. Trophy hunting isn't on my bucket list.
  23. Nice score. Gotta love ZT knives.
