  1.   The guy that started this thread. Makes 'em outa tire weights, he does. :)
  2.   Just plain lead, or high quality lead? :)
  3.   A 1/8" allen wrench will fix it right up
  4.   I managed to avoid that one. Didn't Mav get an 0600?
  5.   I don't know. They managed to chase off a whole lot of assholes last time around. :)
  6.   Mine was tight, a little too tight. Probably won't have to use it with a CMT upper receiver.
  7.   You may need to do if the knife is real cheesy. Even my cheap Kershaw Cryos have the steel type stamped on the blade. The good knives usually have the steel type stamped on the blade as well, so you can just google it.
  8. Snooty snooty snooty :)
  9.   I wish you would quit bringing up that Q36 :). I'm trying to forget :)
  10.   Bring him along slow. Don't just whip out the rhino slayer first thing :)
  11. Yep. Them crazy rednecks :)
  12. Houston for me. Turned into a big fight. Me, and a whole bunch of them. I'm still not sure who won.
  13.   Death to ALL fire ants. I haven't been attacked in decades, and I'm still pissed :)
  14.   True that, my snooty brother
  15. A fitting end to their young lives. Fire ants are of the devil.
  16.   Kinda. I have some overbuilt knives that would absolutely suck if you replaced the titanium with stainless steel. You can get a good knife for 100 bucks. You just can't get a great one.
  17.   Given your background, you almost shouldn't even have to touch them. Some knives have added cost because of their names. ZT knives are more about material and machining costs. I'm most familiar with ZT's because I have a bunch. I have some good ole cheap Kershaws too. I don't feel ripped off for the cost of my ZT's.
  18.   It just helps to have a dedicated single stage. Most of them don't cost that much, and they last longer than a human. I size all my bottleneck rifle brass on a single stage too, because I like to tumble the lube off before I move to the next step. And sure, you can use the turret for that. I'm just not sure how the slop impacts shoulder bump if you're using a die that can be adjusted for that.
  19.   None of it is cheap when you get into quality. In your case, I'm sure a LOT of time goes into them. It doesn't get any more expensive than hand crafted labor. Good steel costs money. In the case of the higher end folders, you have expensive blade steel and handle materials. My personal favorite... titanium.    I have a Sebenza 25 that was over 400 bucks new. Not only am I an idiot, but I got it from Willis, who got it from Kong :)
  20.   Forster Co-ax. It's David's fault :). He steered me that way
  21. Well, guess you have stumbled onto some fools. 100 bucks wouldn't touch my favorite knives
  22.   It's hard for a lot of folks to get away with carrying a fixed blade, even a short one. If we go back to your original post, Kong and Willis told you right. My 350 has a coated blade. If I was gonna pop for a blem user, I would get the stonewashed. That's a helluva knife, and it disappears in your pocket real well for something that stout.
  23.   The turret is fine for most stuff. I load 5.56 on mine. I just don't try to do any precision stuff, where you have to pay attention to very accurate charge weights and low bullet runout. Personally, I won't use a Chucker for that either.
  24.   See post #34
