Clays is flake powder, right? I would hit it with graphite. I normally just run ball powder thru mine. If it's sticking, then it's static or grease I would think -

Yep. It's a non-destructive mod.

There's only one fix. Swap out the fire control group with a good one.

It's a great rifle. Doesn't need a crappy trigger. Geissele will fix it. I have complete faith.

We measured the trigger at 11 lbs 7.5 oz. That's stupid heavy.

Give each one of them a fully loaded six shooter. The one that's still standing goes into next week's rotation. The one still standing at the end of the year get's a seat in the senate.

My garage didn't get a lot better until I insulated the walls and attic. The door helped some.

The kit door with the hard foam is only R9. Seems to be good enough, but R18 makes it as good as an insulated wall.

Yes. Owens corning makes one. I modified my installation a little, but the kit works as is... http://www.acehardware.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3727769&KPID=6477771&pla=pla_6477771 Note that it requires two kits for a 2 car door. I used some 1/4" pink hard foam (fanfold) insulation as well to sandwich it into the door. Makes the door lots quieter too.

I insulated my garage, door and all. It stays at 65 in the winter with a 110v space heater. I do my reloading in the house.

The Hornady rings clamp onto the die and won't move. Much better than the Lee Rings IMO

Yep. They can be a little spendy. The quick swap is a good feature, but not necessary.
