I was in there a few months ago, and they were just getting ready to start. They already had a rack of Magpul stuff up. I love that store, but didn't see any real good prices on anything. I figure their gun prices are about the same.

How did the barrel nut move with the gas tube in place? The gas tube runs through most barrel nuts.

  You're right about that. It's the length, not the weight. A 7 or 8 twist should be fine. Another note about the Barnes solids. Since the bullet is longer, you can't use a powder charge for an equivalent weight lead bullet. There is less room in the case, so the pressure will go through the roof.

It had been carried some, and looked like it too. it was in great shape, just obviously had some use. For the cost of some shipping and some patience, they put the knife back in new condition. A lot of the better knife companies have great customer service, but CRK is king.

  They grow on you :). The 25 is kind of a different animal. Has a couple of really cool things, like the ceramic ball. No worries about carbidizing, 'cause there is no titanium/steel interface on the lock.

  Who knows how this will end. Lenny continues to violate probably the biggest rule of common sense. I doesn't pay to piss people off. Doesn't matter if he doesn't violate the letter of the law. First, he lost his carry permit. Then, he lost his job and his house. And guess what... he has no real recourse. So while he is coming up with ways to one-up the "pigs", THEY are WINNING. They have had time to think, and write a little strategy of their own. These days, when they one-up him, it stings a little more. He may think he's a genius. Hell, a few on here may think he's a genius. Those folks need to tally the score. Lenny's losses to date were not accidents.   Reminds me of the true story of when the people of the town killed the town bullies in broad daylight. Nobody saw anything, and nobody was prosecuted. In that case, two "law abiding" folks met their end in one of the biggest crimes on the books. My take-away... I doesn't pay to piss people off. He CAN'T win.
