  1.   Almost bought one of those too.
  2.   I have one on my Blackout. Good stuff
  3. Yep. I use this stuff in my tumbler. Best on the planet...   http://www.flitz.com/tumbler-reloading-media-additive/   I may even get into knives someday, and order one of them :)
  4.   In other words, a dipshit.
  5.   That's what I thought :)
  6.   Fits into the "Cry once" category.
  7.   The magnetic sensors is simply a better way to measure bullet speed too. I like the convenience at the range, but like the accuracy more. I kept my Prochrono for situations where the Magnetospeed doesn't work well.
  8. This is the one I rely on. Much better than an optical one...   http://ads.midwayusa.com/product/628777/magnetospeed-v3-ballistic-chronograph
  9.   I have one too. It lies like Obama sometimes, but I always get a reading. Can't beat the price!
  10. The difference between a magnum and regular primer isn't going to kaboom a gun with any load. I think you will have more problems because they are the wrong size. But, because they are the wrong size, you can find them and disassemble them.
  11.   Same deal as reloading in general. The skills and the tools give you lots of freedom to deal with ammo shortages and other unpredictable things. I don't cast, but only because I haven't got to it yet. I will ALWAYS be able to sling lead because I can make up my own ammo. Casting needs to be part of it eventually. Got nothing to do with cost
  12.   I don't have one. And they say in the reviews that it has some little quirks. Looks like the cap that holds the spent primers can come off while you're using it. That's the biggest positve. If it pops off and sends primer spooge all over your lap, it takes away some of the fun.
  13. This is cute too...   http://ads.midwayusa.com/product/220617/frankford-arsenal-platinum-series-hand-deprimer-tool?cm_mmc=pf_ci_google-_-Reloading+-+Metallic+Reloading+Equipment+(Not+Presses)-_-Frankford+Arsenal-_-220617&gclid=CjwKEAjwrOO3BRCX55-L9_WojHoSJAAPxcSPeVjHJczSPt1_DWw0KyKbGxphb0ODxHLeFxYABuF3XxoCaofw_wcB
  14. Fidel is an asshole, but he's not stupid.
  15. He is banned, his friends are banned, and kwikrnu is banned.
  16.   The bolt isn't putting that kind of force on it. If Geissele says it is ok, then I am sure it's ok. I assumed that he was the one discouraging barrel installation. If that's just a bunch of guys on the internet, I will take Bills word over it. I'm sure he did the math.
  17.   I have lots of faith in Bill Geissele as an engineer. I own 5 of his triggers. But, holding the barrel in that fashion scares me a little. Mainly, if you break a tooth on the barrel extension, you have big problems.
  18.   I have put at least 20 lowers together without a block. I'm starting to believe I don't need one.
  19.   The DPMS one is. Similar style. I started out with the clamshell. It scuffs the finish on the upper when you torque down a barrel, and won't work with billet receivers. I have probably 10 barrel installs on my DPMS block. Looks like they are out of stock everywhere.    http://www.midwayusa.com/product/730930/dpms-upper-receiver-action-block-ar-15-delrin
  20.   Piss on Obama, and all his friends.
  21.   Imagine that on a gun forum. I was pretty far left at one time, until I found out that EVERYBODY that is out to repeal the second amendment is a lefty. I hope Obama gets an incurable case of Cuban scabies. If only he had some nuts they could chew on. :)
  22. If you have a big source of cow manure, you can make full sized Obama dolls.
  23.   I haven't seen you make any warning point worthy posts in a good while. I guess you are mellowing in your old age, or just happier after getting rid of those Walgreen's assholes :)
