Mine isn't blended. At the time, it was too hard to get Grendel barrels to do anything custom (so I thought). Expensive barrel package.

I think Glock made the lead fears a lot worse. When i think about a 700 grain pill, it's damn the leading. I won't be shooting hundreds of them.

700 grain pill may not be magnum velocity. A standard 50 BMG FMJ projectile is only 750

I like carrying the 43. I have been carrying my 19 in a Raven lately, and just throwing on a cover shirt. I wind up carrying a cover even with IWB. I shoot the 19 a lot better.

That's what I use with my .458. I uses the good uns too. Didn't have to modify anything. I have an RRA upper.

The parent case for a Grendel is a .220 Russian. Same problem as a 7.62 x 39. The cartridge needs a pretty good curve in the mag, and the mag well in an AR is straight. The 300 blackout isn't that short on range, and hits pretty hard. It has the ballistics of an AK47.
