I would love to not have to shave daily, damn work policies. If I don't shave I get all grizzly with the facial hair. I have to shave daily against the grain to get a good shave and go through razors like crazy.

It's a simple way to say if they have a HCP then they are legal to own the firearm. If anything was to come back you could say he/she produced a HCP i believed it to be valid and be a legal sale to someone who is able to possess a firearm per state and federal law. Accorse an average person can't run a HCP to determine if it's valid but face value would be enough.

In TN there are only a few exceptions to an misdemeanor offense not committed in an officer's presence. Domestic assault is one of the charges. It's the victim's responsibility to obtain a warrant for misdemeanor offenses or sign a citation as private prosecutor so the person can be prosecuted on many of the non exempted misdemeanors charges. Lying about a property survery to LE isn't illegal. It's illegal to lie for example filing a false report, or lying about your identity to avoid arrest. If you have video footage showing he lied in a sworn affidavit for a warrant or filed a false report he could fase charges.

The statute you mention is only a definitions statute. It basically dictates the meaning of certain words used in the same chapter of offenses. If the barrel is your dad's property have him file a vandalism/damage to property report. If it isn't his property he may be able to file a harassment report. Unfortunately they will probably have to settle the land issue in court.

I like Summit Medical Center in Hermitage for normal stuff my primary is there. Vandy is where I want to go if I get shot or something serious. They are the best trauma docs around. If your actually in Brentwood and not the wanna be portion of Davidson County people call Brentwood I would say go to williamson for your normal stuff. If you are in Davidson near that area there is Southern Hills. I haven't had to make a trip there but the nickname it used to have was Southern Kills.
