Possibly could be from something hasn't had the disposition entered from the case. You said you in the past you owed fines to your local general sessions court so this would typically not always mean there was an arrest. So an arrest entry that doesn't have the disposition entered can pop you on the background check. But you really need to start making the calls and finding out why you are getting denied then you can actually start fixing the issue. Nobody else is going to do it for you.

Looks a little more like a lynx than a regular bobcat. But they are similar.

TN Attorney General Opinon On Park Property
Pain103 replied to 300winmag's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
LP Field will not let you carry in their stadium off duty. That's fine because nothing the Titans have done lately have encouraged me to attend that place and I try my best not to spend any money where the Metro Nashville Gov might get a sliver. -
I had a problem where I couldn't log in or change my password. Finally it just worked.

Pain103 replied to Pain103's topic in National Firearms Act (NFA) Regulated
The bcg isn't from a standard rifle I have a complete Colt SMG from the factory I just want another barreled upper that is flat top to mount a red dot and flip up sights. I would want to use the bcg and charging handle that came with it from Colt. -
SMG 9mm upper suggestions
Pain103 replied to Pain103's topic in National Firearms Act (NFA) Regulated
I was planning on using the bcg and charging handle from the stock upper. Would their be any issues doing that? -
My searching around hasn't produced much results so any help would be appreciated. I'm looking for a barreled flat top upper for my Colt SMG. I would like to stay 10.5" and it has to be able to hold up to plenty of 3 round burst shooting. Thanks for any help.

As States Expand Gun Rights, the Police Object
Pain103 replied to The Legion's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
You start hearing opinions from department heads you have to remember they are basically politicians. They spew almost the same thing. -
I've stopped a few them that turned out to be sex offenders.

It's all a numbers game. They compiled the list using the UCR (FBI crime stats) that only counts certain crimes where at the state level we count like 25 types of crimes. These departments that use COMSTAT or COMPSTAT are playing the game. Realistically you look at the TBI crime stats for a city and you have a better idea of what goes on. But hey it made the administration happy to make the list even though it all seems like it isn't really changing anything.
-
The problem with that is that many departments have taken officer discretion away from DUI cases. I know one LEO that got fired for not arresting a DUI driver. Probably something thousands have done before but they wanted to make an example out of him and now nobody from that department will ever let a impaired driver call a ride or park their car.

It is not a substitute for a license to be provided when stopped for a traffic stop when driving. But like Patton stated most places if you received a citation for no dl on person while driving you could just bring it and it would be dismissed but not a ticket I would ever write. It would be nice to just have one card that worked for both. I keep both of mine in the same place in my wallet.

I'm looking around for a 10x10 shed myself. i have a 11x11 pad that it would fit great on but I know nothing about building anything but legos.

Never had a problem with my mail carrier. She always seems nice and if something comes she thinks might be valuable she will come around the back of my house and leave it by the garage door near my patrol car. UPS guy seems good I'm sure he gets tired of dropping off a huge box of diapers every few weeks but no problems.

No class required for a renewal if done within a certain amount of time from expiration date. Fill out the paperwork and pay the fee. You walk out with a receipt that covers you until the new card arrives in the mail.

2 Greenbriar Teens Killed By Soda and...race fuel
Pain103 replied to CommsNBombs's topic in General Chat
They could have gotten it themselves. Some mapcos have a small pump for racing fuel. I don't know if it is any good but they have them. -
About 7 years ago awhen I was looking at changing departments I tested for Metro PD and the psych test asked about amount of firearms owned and they followed up with a question about in person. I'm glad I didn't go there now.

I'm sure I'll be working a few crashes Friday night. -
I think it probably went higher up the food chain than her or atleast they knew about it and chose to do nothing so I think there are multiple people to blame. It will be a movie I will buy on blu-ray when it is released and I don't buy movies often.

I liked it. Made me think atleast a few times they were left high and dry.
