I finally bought one and now just waiting until next week to hit the range and sight it in on my patrol rifle.

I see it all the time. Call the clerks office for what they want as proof.

They will add murder charges later once they get a final body count. Any death from an arson is tried as murder.

Unfortunately since the firearm is considered evidence during the investigation the department has it but a local store gave him a piece to carry while the other one is out of commission. I'm sure this department will expedite the investigation and get the guy his gun back.

They are good for getting things that roll under your car or breaking windows. Ive seen too many people take a good strike and keep fighting to think they are great.

All good. I have seen a few people put down dogs when they came at them and never were looked at twice as long as it wasn't a crazy shot. OC spray has been helpful in the past with dogs if I didn't want to pop them even if it didn't hit it usually scared them enough to run away.

Won't qualify for LEOSA but so many counties have fought to abolish the position of Constable that is why there is so many crazy population ranges for getting rid of them, how many per county, and other things. If you can snag one of those Missouri cars you can get a really nice car. They had some rotation where they sold at 60k miles but many were in great condition. That was back in the crown vic days but I don't know how the new fords and chargers will be after being used.

I don't know where you worked or were told that but I've never seen or heard of any agency around here getting federal money to buy a car. I've seen a car given to an agency for a prize from the highway safety office. Most cars are dead lined either by mileage or age.

Does she have any fraudulent charges in any of her accounts or accounts opened in her name? May have to pull a credit report to see if there are some delinquent or open accounts she isn't responsible for. Just a thought if it has been happening for some time might be more going on.

I'm sure you have plenty for a statement but I would contact them to see exactly how they want it done. I would figure at most it is a notarized statement with probably you and your wife's signatures. Especially if they aren't really expensive firearms I wouldn't see much fight.

Do you know it's a legit IRS deal? Many people especially older ones getting conned by those similar scams. I would want to see the actual forms and verify the numbers to go to a federal building. But if I made it to 88 I would probably tell them to pound sand I might only have a year or so left and doubt they would prosecute me. That's me and I plan on being a ornery old fart.

Are you working corrections? Sounds like you want a stab vest more than bullet protection. I don't know much about stab vests but I'm sure they won't be cheap or comfortable. There is a felony domestic assault. Basically it is same as aggravated assault but due to the domestic relationship it classifies it as Aggravated Assault domestic. Look at the laws regarding relationships that qualify as domestic assault. Ex roommates are forever considered domestic. Hooked up with a young lady or guy one night forever is domestic assault. I've seen people trying to get teenage siblings that got in a fight arrested for domestic there has to be a line.

I'm all for helping a victim of domestic violence but the truth is most of the people either abuse it as a ghetto eviction, refuse to leave the relationship, or even fail to follow up with the courts on prosecution. You come to Davidson County General Sessions court on Wednesdays and see the DV courtrooms you will watch hundreds of people have cases dismissed because the "victims" tell the DA the don't want to prosecute and mainly they just don't show up on a subpoena. The court just dismisses it failure to prosecute. We waste millions a year on this.

My employer went back to BCBS a few months ago and it jacked my rates up. I was paying $108 a month for family coverage before with UHC now $260 a month. Keeps going it will be more expensive to be a working member of society than to just get the gubment handout.

Possibly could be from something hasn't had the disposition entered from the case. You said you in the past you owed fines to your local general sessions court so this would typically not always mean there was an arrest. So an arrest entry that doesn't have the disposition entered can pop you on the background check. But you really need to start making the calls and finding out why you are getting denied then you can actually start fixing the issue. Nobody else is going to do it for you.
