1. Wow, you have 37s and it can't handle 4.88? I had a 97 with the old 4.0 and 35's and 4.88 was like running stock. I didn't realize the new ones were so lacking on horsepower. I guess everyone trying to save every MPG possible. Don't get me wrong the 4.0 was pretty anemic as well, I guess I just had delusions that the new engine was more powerful.
2. I'm assuming you regeared? 4.88? Have you done any computer module add-ons to try and boost the HP. Do they make a turbo or super charger for these? Just wondering if an engine swap is the only way to get a true boost in HP. What engine options would fit?
3. Don't worry, it's about as hard as falling off a chair
4. Yep, plenty of stainless gets coated. All coatings can wear off, but properly done they should be tough.
5. 1 lower and 1 upper Thanks Mac
6. Accuracy is all dependent on which barrel you have. I have an Alpha Shooting Sports 10.5" and it's MOA with quality ammo. That's supersonic. I haven't tested accuracy for subsonic. I do have 100 count box of 208 Amax to load up though.
7. I just saw where they are planning a spin-off called "Better call Saul". About how Goodman became the lawyer he is today, prequel kind of thing.
8. I'll agree with that I'll get some motorboat, I saw it in the store last week
9. Beef jerky for me. It's light and easy to pack. If I'm gonna be gone all day a pb&J or two gives good energy and long last carbs. Don't forget to drink water. Most people feel less thirsty when it's cold, but dehydration is always a concern.
10. That's a shame. I wonder what the main hiccup is. Seems this is the second delay in opening.
11. Sorry the genie couldn't grant your wishes, I mean you have been a member for like 8 months.
12. I won't pay for any forum full of asshats ....except TGO of course. We're refined asshats here.
13. So how long until you just explain or show it?
14. Seems to be in the works. I'm not sure it's enacted just yet.
15. Could be your PCV (pressure control valve) is blocked. If you have one. Sometimes the guts fall apart and block the line. It's located just inside the main source shut-off
16. Has it always been that way, or has there been a recent decrease? If your water pipes were soldered, there could be a solder ball inside the cold water line somewhere close to the source. Hot water should be coming out of a hot water tank, so it could have plenty of back pressure.
17. No that's very fair. $4/ acre is good. Anything over $6 per acre would have to be special for TN hunting, for my money anyways
18. How many guys paying $200 each?
19. Yeah sorry for the confusion, I understand what a mid-length gas system is, I've just never seen anything over carbine length in 300 BLK. I can't imagine a true mid length gas system on a .300 BLK would function very well
20. When they say "medium length gas tub" are they meaning carbine?
21. Just remember brass is reusable, so it's cost can be divided by 5,6 or more depending on caliber and load.
22. Yeah I had to ignore "armyveteran" cause of all the Alex Jones videos. Once he was put on notice to cool it, I un-ignored him.
23.
I met a dude at the range that told me he was in a Tampa Gun show - there was a table of supressors and a govt mule there with a laptop. According to him, you pay the seller and the govt mule ran the checks right there and then. When he cleared the check in 15 minutes, he walked out with a shiny new suppressor....all legal like. He said they do it once a year like that - I am a bit baffled and confused by this - has anyone else heard of such a thing?
Were his eyes brown?
24. She was the first REALLY attractive girl I dated. Then I fell in love and realized anyone else would be a step down. Plus she wasn't crazy or at least mostly sane, an that's hard to come by in women. Plus she loves me and that's the most important thing.
