  1. He lied to you, not vice versa. He knew the title was rebuilt and didn't offer that openly (maybe that's how he got it). In the end it's not what the deal represented. Sleep sound. That truck could have had frame damage or a number of things not visible to the naked eye. Consider yourself blessed to have got out if that deal.
  2. Deputy Doughnut would have to pack a lunch for that ass whippin.
  3. whats the best way of preserving it to keep it clean from field dressing to home?  do you cut it out before opening the inards?
  4. yeah Im not a fan of those C model Bushmasters.  Ive seen them fail (on the interwebs).  Generally not under fire stress, but from being dropped or similar.
  5. go with a major brand if you can afford them   Simms Patagonia Orvis Chota Reddington     not only will they not leak, if they do, they will replace them.  I currently have a pair of Patagonia.  They are expensive but great.  If I were buying some for a younger fisherman, I would look at these   Orvis Endura - $159 Chota Rocky River - $169 Simms Blackfoot - $199     If you try to go much cheaper you will run into the problems noted by Dave and others.    Look on http://littleriveroutfitters.com/store/home.php?cat=639   they are located in Townsend, Tn but offer free shipping and they are just a great shop.
  6.   Yep, I know its whard to see.  Glad to help
  7. at the bottom of the first post, were you pasted the pictures, there are four items, "Report", "Edit", "MultiQuote", & "Quote".  Click on the edit, just as you would to change text inside the body of that post.  Then at the top, you should be able to edit the title and suffix.  if that doesnt work there is a glich in your account.
  8.     if you go to edit the first post in the thread, it should allow you to edit both the title and the tag(ie for sale, for trade, sold)   is that what you tried?
  9. I'm a huge fan. Old fashions as well. Is it available at most liquor stores?
  10. No excuse. They are paid to answer the phone regardless of how many times a day it happens.
  11.   he works too damn much :D
  12. My point is, just that, it's NOT impossible. Seems to be localized. Either those stores are not getting inventory or there are an inordinate amount of hoarders at those locations.
  13. It's a Knoxville issue. I find .22 in Crossville weekly. Still a 1 box limit
  14. Three day shows usually have an option for a "weekend pass". Probably $15
  15. Well the only ones prosecuted for music are serious offenders, but really we're talking apples and oranges. Downloading a 3D blueprint is only half the battle, once you build it you have physical evidence. Especially if you have intention of using it. Let's face it we could all build guns and NFA items in our garage but it ain't worth the prison time. Same will be the case here. Outlaws will buy 3D printers and kill people and libs will scratch their head as to why, because it's illegal.
  16. thats a great jeep.  I wish it were 97 or newer.  I like the round headlights much more (not that I have 16grrrr burning a hole in my pocket)
  17.   and here we are 12 years later and you can still download illegal music
  18. I will most likely make an appearnce.  its been a while since ive been to a show
  19. I was hoping it was a joke. Sorry brother. Buying ended Oct 20th
  20. Dude....are you being serious?
  21. Or hogs, if you have an exemption :)
  22. My company quit buying them after 2006 due to their week front ends. Constantly having wheel bearings, ball joints, axles fail. Also had rear differential issues. Now in all fairness we drive in 4 wheel drive more often than I'm sure you would, which stresses the front end more. And we dive on dirt/gravel roads more than you. So take that for what it's worth. I still think I would by a ford ranger before the canyon.
  23. :D
  24. Or next year....12-13-14
  25. Exactly what I do, except its in ash tray in my truck. Never would I carry it in my pocket, let alone wallet
