Nothing confirmed but I hear he has been offered the job.

Just like any ammo, the max powder charge the case can handle is usually not the most accurate. If its "minute-of-bad guy" Id say thats all they were going for, that and as much velocity as possible

For the record I carry FMJ in my LCP. WWB works just fine. I'll reserve judgement for when I see one in person. I can see it filling a niche but not a huge seller like a 9mm. I could see my mother or my wife shooting this better than an LCP because it's bound to have light recoil plus a full grip. Pumping it up to 9mm would be great for me but probably not for them as the recoil would increase. This is all theoretical of course. Time will tell if it's useful Sent from my iPad using Voodoo magic
Anyone know where I can get a set of sights installed on a SIG P239 in or around the Tri-Cities? I have a set of Meprolight Tru-Dot tritium sights to replace the dead Trijicons currently on the gun. I asked when I was in Gunslinger's the other day, but they don't have a SIG sight tool.
Gu runners ? Tri-cities Gun Depot? Mahoneys might very well install them I don't know for sure. Just have to call around. -
My issue is, a good sturdy axe would make fine kindling out if that. Sure it's discrete but if discovered it's no more secure than in the kitchen cupboard. Sent from my iPad using Voodoo magic
None that I know of for long range. JP's roots are in 3 gun. I can see where it helps if you're pushing lots of lead. Drawing heat away from the throat is good for barrel life. It was just a 75.00 add, so I did it. Looks pretty cool too.
I see, I was struggling to figure out how it helps with bench rest stuff. Makes sense. I didn't realize it was a handgaurd addition either. seems like he was splitting soft wood (red maple or similar) that was dry. I wonder how some harder wood splits

Yeah, in all seriousness, this is an extremely dangerous and stupid action. She'll be on the news one day for, not so, glamorous reasons

Id be way too tempted to kill that big one with a bouy knife, just because I could say I killed a deer with a knife :D

Thanks for the reminder fellers. My in-laws(my current residence) have "freeze proof" but I leave nothing to chance. So all are covered or wrapped in insulation and duct tape Sent from my iPad using Voodoo magic
The amount of money saved by Americans on food and other goods that can be directly attributed to Walmart dwarfs the amount of money provided to the poor in the form of both Welfare and the EIC. Here are a couple of articles that speak to that data.
Other than keeping the brass separated, I don't find them harder to load. I think I probably prefer the ones using SRP (.454 Casull uses SRP too)
Oh yeah it's just an extra step I try to avoid. Getting one in the batch and trying to jam a large primer in there is annoying.

It's gonna be 40* on Wednesday. Even if you have NO food, you can survive till Wednesday. -
Yeah it's hard to imagine how this happened. It's sad but one of the parties broke a basic firearms safety rule. Whether it's about the safety or finger on the trigger, but obviously it was pointed in an unsafe direction. One story said they were crossing a fence. That is a dangerous time in hunting. My father taught me to be extra cautious when crossing fences. Sad indeed as I'm sure the one has just killed his good friend. No way to cope with that.

Yeah those appear to be large. Notice the space, or lack thereof, between primer and lettering. Good deal, I'll have to look for some. I just hate buying off the shelf if I can't reuse the brass easily.
where do you get them at? Unavailable around here. If it is an old bottle you better go easy with it, I am not sure you can buy them in TN any longer.
Food City at cedar bluff is where I bought the last bottle. Bought the other in Kentucky on a work trip Really? I was unaware. I have two bottles one in Knoxville and on in JC. Why would they not sell bitters anymore?
what do they use for bitters?
Good question. I'm not sure. I use the Angostura at home and it's fine for me. I've never tried any others.
