nice, im going with the s3g on mine
I want to use it for hunting so I thought this is the best option without being too light of a pull. Also safe for climbing and clambering through the woods.

Im glad you posted that pic so i could see how good the lines match up with the tgo cmt stuff. What trigger are you using
It will be a Geissele SD-C

Well guys that didn't work out. Apparently I was a top candidate but not THE top. So, life goes on. I again appreciate the support it does mean a lot.
I will be at the gunshow in Knoxville that weekend want to use my trailer its 36 feet long
David that's a super nice offer. I'm not sure how we'd work it out though because once we go to Nashville we don't plan on coming back to Knoxville.

So I had a glass of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked at a bar last night. I was so amazed at how good this bourbon is. It's got a smooth caramel and vanilla front and a slightly bitter oaky burn on the back. I like original Woodford but this stuff was so good that I'm buying a bottle the next time I get to a liquor store. Great stuff.
well how did it go well I hope when we going to have hot chicken
We're moving the weekend of 14/15th of June. So maybe the last week of June, but I'm not eating the super hot, it's got to be edible ;)

Thanks all. It's great to know you have a group of good people, some of which I've never met, have your back when you need them. The interview went great (from my perspective), but we'll see what happens. I should know something by tomorrow or Thursday.

So I have a job interview tomorrow with TWRA in Nashville, as a forestry program coordinator. I am qualified, it's just a matter of convincing them of that. I'm pretty much reserved to the fact that if it's not in Gods plan then it won't happen anyhow, but it would be nice, for sure. So if your so inclined, I'd appreciate any prayers y'all can muster.

Hell yes you did the right thing. Only way to prove residency is to have a TN DL.
Thanks for the compliments. Erik88, I'm not sure. It's I40 East to the Watertown exit, then drive about an hour and a half through and past Watertown. Take a right on highway 56 for another 30min or so, then another left onto a street I have no idea what the names is. We just call it Rollercoaster Rd, the girls love going as fast as we can down that road.
So by these directions it's either Dekalb or Warren. Between Smithville and McMinnville, maybe Charles Creek?

Decided to take the stock, grip, and 2 mags back to mike and have them sprayed to match. He had plenty of paint left so my OCD can be put to rest. Easier to spray it all then try to match the paint better. Plus the color looks good that he sprayed already.

Got my receivers and rail back from Mike at Law Enforcement sales. Looks great. It's a little lighter than magpul but it's close enough. I want to shoot animals in the woods and I doubt they're gonna see the slight difference. All in all it's gonna look sweet. Especially once my stamp comes back for the suppressor. Hopefully I get everything assembled next weekend.

I used to run more than I do now. Started doing a little more lately. I much prefer cycling. You get much more exhilaration when you catch some downhills but still get a good burn if you're doing it right. I need to be more balanced I think. Run some, cycle some, yoga some...yes yoga, it's great for post surgery disc herniation!
I always liked vinegar based sauce. It was never the best barbecue, but I miss dollar sandwich days at Whitt's. Maybe it's my Georgian upbringing, but in the traditions of Malear's and Sprayberry's, I can appreciate the simplicity of a pork sandwich on white bread with some plain Lay's chips and a glass of sweet tea.
I actually like the vinegar sauce too. I just don't care for the "I can't believe you eat 'that' type of BBQ"
-
So subjective. Everyone thinks theirs is best. Hell, just go eat it, if it's good go back. I don't understand the pissing contest. I have friends in North Carolina that bitch at sauce made from "ketchup". It's not ketchup based, it's tomato based but you can't convince them of that.

I really want a DA OTF knife.

As someone who has never owned one I can't get passed the "coolness" without owning one. So it's just a matter if getting one and moving on down to the next obsession ;) -
I know there isn't much love for Rendezvous from Memphis locals but Ive been there twice and I really enjoyed both visits. I only ate ribs though.
I have a Microtech OTF... I think it's the Ultratech. Incredibly well built, and an action like a Swiss watch. Kinda big though, and I wouldn't trust any OTF for really rugged use. I think I'm going to get one of the little UTX-70s to carry.
Yeah I don't really abuse knives. I just want it for the intrigue and utility cutting. -

Dave at Hollow Grind is the only retailer I would buy one from
He has great prices comparatively. I just wish the stock was a little more plentiful
