1. My 10mm is still better though, right?!?!?
2. I'd rather see it in the 227 model. If it's gonna be that big if prefer larger capacity too.
3. Wow, that's awful. I hate to hear that.
4. Uncle Steve passed away last night from complications of heart attack 7 years ago. He is my wife's uncle but since getting married and my family is so far away he always was family to me. He was a big man with a big heart regardless of how his real heart felt. He would do anything for you and it didn't matter how long it's been since you'd talked you were his friend and he wanted to come say high. Yes that even means waving you down from across the Walmart parking lot just find out he played softball with your husband in the 80s. I appreciate any prayers for the family and travel for those of us that have to head to Upper E TN. John 11:25-26 Jesus said ..., "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die...."
5. This would be what you seek
6. What's the barrel twist. An 80grn ballistic tip that is flying end over end won't perform as desired. Id agree with Mike above. 62 gr barnes because I'd bet your barrel is either an 8 or 9 twist.
7. Yep, back to normal
8. Everything is working fine on mine. Sent a PM and edited post
9. It's not so much not a mobile priority but TGO has a mobile skin that works really well, and he's a very busy man. Not trying to speak for him, or any admin. Just pointing out some info that we went through before when Tapatalk had issues. I really prefer Tapatalk too and hope the issues are easily ironed out
10.
Attempting to send a PM to TGO David about this problem, got another error message. Will someone that is able to PM please alert TGO David to see if he can get the server fixed?
Did you see post#2? He's aware of the thread. He's made it clear before that he will keep Tapatalk available but I don't think it's a priority to the forum management. I'd say just be patient and see when he replies here.
11.
Who did your coating?
Mike at Law Enforcement Sales in Oak Ridge. It came out great! Plus he's a good dude
12.
There's a lot more information that's come out since then. I have always entertained the possibility of guilt just like I still entertain the possibility of his innocence. Just isn't looking likely at this point. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Of course, I understand that. Just pointing out we went from "Louisiana keystone cops that couldn't possibly know a "famous" person was arrest weeks earlier" to "firing squad". I believed there was a chance of innocence, and still do, but I never believed the second arrest was conducted without more merit than the word of a crazy ex
13. I love how the sentiment in this thread shifted from a crazy ex girlfriend to Hanging Will in the street. I never believe the "he was arrested because parishes don't communicate." You can't tell me that when they went to arrest Will the second time they didn't know he had been picked up recently. I don't believe hat and never did.
14.
It is rather ugly. I am definitely going click-adjust, and had my eye on the Syrac since first seeing them. The side adjustment on this one was interesting, but I have almost decided to go with minimal length on hand guard (otherwise would need greatly extended hex wrench from the front).
Yeah. I've found that I don't need field adjustments unless I'm adding and removing a suppressor. So the long wrench isn't a huge issue. SLR sells one FYI 5" OAL http://slrrifleworks.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=94 13" OAL http://slrrifleworks.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=75
15.
Yet another click-adjustable gas-block Anyone used one of these? http://www.blackfoxresearch.com/Click-Block.html
I don't care for the looks of that one. Especially for $89. If I were buying on it's be an SLR rifleworks first followed by Syrac Ord Gen II
16.
PS: in tapatalk now when viewing a profile, no info is there any longer - screen shot:
I just noticed that today as well. I was trying to look at a sellers location. This was a big advantage over the mobile skin too. Now have to go to the full web version (or you know that could include it in their sale ad....whatever) Also now you have to register with a Tapatalk ID to post pics. I hope they address some of these issues. I really like their app, and use it for a couple forums.
17. David, buddy, I am truly sorry to hear this. I know he was special to you. Let me know of there is anything I can do.
18. I'm interested. No promises though. It all depends on timing and funds
19.
when it comes in 308 call me ...
20. You can have a Microtech ultratech for $200. I paid $150 for my Benchmade Presidio that is manual. I can't afford $500-$700 on a knife either but I do have an ultratech Edit: ok so $225 https://www.thehollowgrind.com/microtech-knives/microtech-ultratech/cat_10.html
21.
The Chiefs were labeled by the "experts" as not being candidates for the play-offs, so I'm not impressed. Penalties were way stupid, and I think it'll take some time for the refs to settle down too.
All those same experts said KC would beat the Titans too. I say take the win and enjoy it. Locker played well. Maybe he'll turn into the pro some thought he could be.
22.
Retracting it does kinda drive the glass breaker into your palm .... I wonder if it could be changed out to something a bit more comfortable.
I believe there are some alternative options. They make one with a roller ball that isn't sharp but still breaks glass. Might have to google-foo that though
23. I've got conflicts on a couple of dates. Oct 19 or 26 Sunday could work? Or sat/Sunday Nov 8? Just options, if I miss it, it's fine. Do what's best for most.
24.
My MT extends with out any problem but is difficult to retract. I'm sure this will improve with use.
Both actions will improve. Mine has loss end some over time. It was damn near impossible to deploy one handed. Now it works great unless my hands are cold or wet, and like you it's retracting that's hard.
25. Spent a lot of time in that area but never lived there
