  1. I used Chip Cain and he recommended the trust name be initials. Makes it short and easy to engrave. XXX Trust Nashville, TN
  2. Like getting the state legislature to prevent federal bans on unicorns.
  3. Dollywood is the definition of family friendly fun. If you have kids, just get right with the money aspect and take them. I went the first time as a 28 year old and had a good time.
  4. Yep, that's about right. Haha, send Chip Cain or John Wells a PM they'll price ya one pretty fast.
  5. Yeah, might as well ask the door greeter who's 90 and got one eye lookin off to the left.
  6. http://www.wsmv.com/story/28295470/11-year-old-accused-of-shooting-killing-friend-to-appear-in-court Tragic in every sense of the word. An 11 year old clearly capable of understanding gun safety if someone had taken the time. And I want to know what Adult left the gun unsecured.
  7. http://youtu.be/x-ujUhDGAeM
  8. Did someone summon an asshat?
  9. The only action that violates a cold range is inserting a live round into the chamber. If I want to pull the bolt, adjust my scope view, pull the slide. Why should I have to wait for the guy next to me to start blasting his 7mm to do so? If that's a range rule then it should be posted as such and then I would agree to it by entering the range. If not, then leave me be.
  10. Most people I've seen with the Saker or ACC mounts (both similar) need more than .5" to mount the suppressor. Like Capbyrd said, unless the can will fit under the rail I'd say you need at least a 11" rail
  11. I don't need anyone telling me my gun is clear or not clear. I'm perfectly capable of checking the condition of my weapons. Handling a weapon why people are down range is not a blatant sin. Loading one would be but simply touching it is not. I hate range Nazis
  12. Sweet baby Jesus, the comments on that article make me want to have my own negligent discharge while eyeing the barrel. "Glocks need a grip safety"
  13. I've owned and handled lots of new and old leather holsters, non have been soft enough to recreate this. I agree, it smells of propaganda advertising.
  14. You want it you got it, Toyota
  15. This is such a non-issue it's funny. So many people have out of area codes anyway. If you dial a number with default area code you won't get through. I live in Nashville and have an 865 code and no plans to change. I mean it's 3 numbers extra. Surly you're fingers will cramp and fall off for having to dial that much more. Knoxville added 865 to reduce the using of 423 which is used for the entirety of east tn from Chattanooga to Bristol. If you live in Knoxville region and sometimes call a county away you still have to dial 423. It's just the product of growing population and more so growing individual phone use. Families no longer share a number. Instead they need 5 or more per household.
  16. Just SBR that sucker and get a suppressor while you're at it. A suppressed sub 10" 9mm AR is what wet dreams are made of
  17. I used H&R Block Free Version for years when I took only standard deductions and it was very simple. Now that I have a private business and several deductions I've left it in the hands of a CPA
  18. I liked my extra full cause I had a 26" barrel. It helps keep that pattern tight at longer distances. But my 870 full choke with a 30" works like a dream :)
  19. If you're buying an un-ported choke, I'd look at the Carlsons    http://www.midwayusa.com/product/918769/carlsons-extended-turkey-choke-tube-benelli-beretta-mobilchoke-12-gauge-665-constriction?cm_vc=ProductFinding
  20. Glock 19, bottom line.  If you don't like the Glock then S&W M&P 9    The first handgun I ever bought was a Glock 19, and I will never sell it unless we're about to starve
  21. I used a Kicks Goblin Thunder in my SBEII for years until I sold the shotgun. It worked just fine. Nice tight pattern. Shot a turkey at 50yds with a 3.5" mag.
  22. I was reading that you can change the field of view to "narrow" in setting and it removes the fish eye affect. Did you do this and it was still an issue?
  23. Did y'all ever move forward with a purchase?
  24. My neighbor stepped out his door on Tuesday, took one step and slid down 10steps to the sidewalk on his back. He said he was fine and asked twice to be sure. He was smiling but I imagine that was from embarrassment and not lack of pain.
  25. Yep, I shoveled slush today just to eliminate the refreezing repeatedly the next few days.
