So does anyone have any clues as to why he was attacked? I didnt read the posted link but I saw on the news that the suspects were dressed in formal clothes.  So crazy that this happened and no one knows who it was     EDIT: so I read the article.  I did not realize they were hit by the car first.  So was this just a case of some dbags mad at pedestrians crossing the street?

I saw someone post on facebook "look how the war on drugs has gone, how do you think the war on guns will end?"  It was in response to an article in Rolling Stone about needing more gun control, of course.

Caster is spot on, skip both and get AA #9.  I understand you already have Bullseye and Unique, but if you have to, sell a couple of the unopened Bullseye and buy some AA, but if you're buying regardless dont buy more Unique for 10mm

    You can put any caliber upper on the lower, that will fit, no issues with whats stamped on the side.      You will actually gain about 20fps per inch over 9" so you will see higher velocity, its just not much.  So, if I were you, I'd get a 16" upper and put it on a standard AR lower with a stock. 

  Do you have an SBR lower?  If not, just get 16", If yes, the I'd go with 9-10.5".  Not much velocity gain over 9", so if you have the opportunity, just go shorter.  I'd prefer a pistol length gas system, but if you run only supersonic 110-130gr, it won't matter much.     Unless of course, you want to do one of the "brace" options on a AR pistol, then you could still go short

I can't see how any court would find Porsche liable in the suit.  I'd be embarrassed to file a suit like this.  A family member gets in a car driven recklessly, wrecks, dies from impact, burns up as a secondary.  Explain what Porsche did?  Oh and how much aftermarket parts were installed to make the car faster?     I also like how she disputes the police reported speed at the time of accident, and the coroners report that states he died from injuries sustained from the impact.  Last time I checked taking corners at even (claimed) 70mph is reckless and no car can be built to guarantee stability in that situation.       Sorry, your dads dead, but sometimes our fate is the result of decisions we make.

You don't need anything. All an upper parts kit consists of is dust cover, FA, and associated springs and pins. All you need to get is your forearm/rail and associated barrel nut.
