  1. So when looking at forearm lengths, YHM lists them as Carbine, Mid-Length, and Rifle to coordinate with the gas system obviously. But what are the actual lengths in inches? anyone have a resource for finding this out.
  2. This place is great. My wife knows the owners, so when go with them we often eat free. That makes everything better
  3. I'm your huckleberry, say when!
  4. I like Sweet P's in south Knox, M&M in north west Knox, and Dead End BBQ on Southerland ave
  5. Silting a drainage ditch isn't a violation of the Clean Water Act, even of its completely plugged. Again erosion only involves TDEC or EPA if a stream is directly affected by sediment. And then the enviros would only make them stop the erosion, they wouldn't have to repair your driveway, or even clean out the culvert. Your best solution is a personal real estate lawyer. This is a property infringement issue not a environmental issue. Now Mark, if you feel there is mud contaminating a stream, by all means, call TDEC, but I didn't get that feeling from your description.
  6. Pendergass Shoe Repair in Knoxville can definately fix those up. I have some Lizard skin Luchesse's that thu resoled as well as stitched a crack in the lizard skin. Depending on the heel condition, price will vary. I drag my heels so they were worn down. They resoled and rebuilt the heels for right at $100 http://pendergrassshoerepair.com/
  7. FTFY
  8. In that state, gun bans WILL get you elected. Because their full of libitards.
  9. Actually, I honestly don't think he's a snake. I think he truly wants to turn this country around financially and won't try to ban guns.
  10. I carry mine in my right rear pocket, 1 in the chamber in this Tagua Front pocket holster. I know it says front pocket, but it works fine in my rear pocket
  11. Which presses do you use for which applications? Off topic, just curious.
  12. Welcome glad to have you. Jump in and join the fun
  13. This is in my plans to remedy the situation. Probably still have crud that fall out but at least you'll catch the primers (according to the designer anyhow)
  14. I saw one of those after I posted. Seems your experience is similar to others. Better but not perfect. I may try to rig a homebrew solution before buying a new tray. But after all they're only 10 bucks on midway.
  15. I have a single stage Rock Chucker. The spent primer catch sucks, looses about 25-30% on the floor. Not a huge deal just wondered if anyone has any solutions. I did get improvement by putting a shim behind it to hold OS closer to the ram.
  16. It doesn't sound to me like there is as much erosion as some trees felled in the road that damaged it. I would really hate to call the EPA, I wouldn't do that to my worst enemy. Plus, again erosion only affects forestry if its getting in the stream. Especially since they are not violating any laws (as far as I can tell thru the interwebs) . Call the county forester they will tell you if it's and environmental issue.
  17. I get depressed just thinking about it.
  18. Most definately!
  19. Pretty much have to be pouring mud directly into an intermediate or perineal stream before any notice of violation from TDEC. And even then all they'd have to do is cover the erosion are with vegetation (hay &grass seed) and not really fix the roadway.
  20. Not likely. Doesn't sound like they have violated any environmental laws. No water quality hazards. You might call the county forester and see if he can talk to them, kind of an intermediary. He won't have the ability to ticket them, but could help afirm their responsibility to fix the road. TDF Contact Grainger, Hancock, Hawkins Richard Van Inwegen, Area Forester P.O. 21. Yeah my point was a lawyer will have to be involved. These problems are all too common. If the landowner had a proper contract with his logger, he could hold the logger liable and get rapairs done. Chances are he doesn't so the reaponsibility will fall back on him. depending on the size of the tract the proceeds may not be a large as one might think, therefore cause the landowner to be even more heaitant to cooperate. As a consulting Forester we have had many times that a logger damaged a neighbors property, regardless of intent, we have always had means to get the repairs done.
  22. It'll cover it, but neither will want to spend it to repair the road. How much would it take to tapir the road? 2 loads of gravel and clean the ditches? Does the culvert need replaced? Remember they don't have to rebuild the whole road just portions that are affected.
  23. Maybe a suppressor is on their next purchase list.
  24. Yeah Mark, I'm afraid you're right. A lawyer is going to be necessary and time is of the essence.
