  1. That looks awesome! Really looking forward to see a review when it arrives.
  2. Yeah, I had no idea such a place existed. I'll have to drop by. Thanks for the heads up
  3. With the exception of a required HCP,we Enjoy gun freedom here in Tennessee.
  4. My thoughts as well
  5. Old Fashioned w/ Blanton's. I'm drinking my sorrows away
  6. No doubt, I'd take one
  7. Yes, but you have to have a Form 4, and you have to purchase the suppressor PRIOR to filling out the paperwork. If the CLEO won't sign your stuck with a suppressor you can't take home. In your case I would set up an NFA trust wich allows you to skip the CLEO signature.
  8. Yeah but I'm sure they had a little more holster wear than this one.
  9. I'll take it!!! Oh wait, this isn't a for sale thread? Man seriously, I would drive to Chattanooga tomorrow for that, assuming its not stolen if you've got the scratch, buy it!
  10. Makers 46 on the rocks. Good, very oaky.
  11. See post #14 I was gonna say $400, so I guess it's variable. But $650 was too much. I'm sure he was buying "collector value" to some extent.
  12. Well I hear ya, there is a lot of great things in Morgan County, and politics isn't one of them. If y'all are ever up Gobey on the Emory River tract, we manage the forestry up there.
  13. Wow, that is complete BS. I would do an NFA trust and send him a letter telling him I didn't need his approval. But I'm in a very spiteful mood, clearer heads may prevail. Did I mention how much abuse of power irritates me. Surely there is a way to fight this, even though it's not enforceable by a judge.
  14. I wish there were more stories like that here in America
  15. So let me get this straight. You were expecting 1/2" @100, and got 1/4" @50? There is so much here I don't understand.
  16. Yes you can carry in Fl Concealed. Open carry is allowed but you have to be going to or from hunting/fishing or other outdoor activity. You can carry in restaurant but not in "bar" section of those restaurants. www.handgunlaw.us Is a better site
  17. Excellent info, I was unaware of this.
  18. Benchmade Presidio Tanto
  19. This is the very reason I asked. So get the Form 1 ready to sign, I he denies, the get an NFA Trust which allows you to bypass CLEO signature. Yeah it's an additional $600, but it's better than moving.
  20. It seems more of a career counselor than just a resume. This can be a huge help in getting interviews. A good resume writer should be $400-$500 anyways. Considering they spend hours with you getting to know you well enough to write a good resume. I would find out how much is resume and how much is career placement help. I paid $1500 to a career counselor an although I haven't found a job yet, I feel the money is well spent for the education I learned about finding a job as well as a resume that I can fine tune to each oppurtunity. Just something you have to weigh. Of course your financial status comes into play as well.
  21. I would have it ceracoated, since it has no collector value, to keep it from deterioration. And then shoot it until its nothing but a nub. Yeah he got burned, but thats water under the bridge.
  22. I don't think there are very many Morgan County residents on the forum, at least not class 3 owners, that I know of anyhow. That's why I chimed in. Don't be surprised if you don't see much response. I work in Morgan Co a lot, and haven't heard those sentiments about him, although they may be true. What are you trying to get signed form 1 or 4?
  23. I have not, have you gone buy and tried yet? I cannot imagine he wouldn't sign it.
  24. Yep, I almost said that, but state.tn.us was the only one I could find. I'd say I it's not valid it will get kicked back right away. ETA: seems all other dept of safety emails are Tn.gov so I'm going to edit the post above.
