Nope, if your looking to buy, just look around to get your basis. If your selling, ask what you want or it, the market will bear out weather it's too high or not.

I wouldn't say you're an oddball, but I try to pay attention enough to know what I'm talking about. In baseball it's easy because its all about stats, batting average, or earned runs etc. football is different for me. I can't look at a defense and tell you the scheme, I know the positions and can recognize a missed assignment but that's about it. I may be able to tell you the stats from last weeks game but generally don't know every players name and stats.

Prices, no....availability, yes. I don't really see any gouging on the actual price of guns due to an election. If you go to a reputable gun store, or the classifieds here, you will find the same prices you did a couple years ago, and will stay the same regardless of the election. in 2008 there was a lot of scared people that thought Obama would pass gun regs, so they started buying all the ammo in sight. The ammo manufacturers knew this was just a momentary spike in sales, so they did not increase production, which led to a shortage on the shelves. once everyone calmed down and started buying normal amounts again the ammo became available again. Now with things like AR parts that are really scarce right now, those things should become more available.

I understand he added an extension to the stock, but what about people that shoot AR pistols from shoulder using the buffer tube. There are thousands of videos with people doing that.

I have to agree with Runco, the cost to repair has no bearing on the overall value. If I have a good running vehicle that is valued at $1500, I wouldn't trade it for another $1500 vehicle that may it may not be reliable, I'd want my vehicle fixed. With that said I've found more reliability in NADA values as far as Internet evaluations. Now if I were you I would want 3 estimated from different certified repair shops and go from there

do you have a source for an RRA, in stock? if so, I would say RRA hands down. CMMG makes some decent stuff, but they have a few problems from time to time (5.56 and .300 I don't know of any specific problems with 9mm). The Rock River could take 90 days or more to come in.

I believe this thread is more to the fact that one member was complaining the OhShoots 30 day poll did not include third party candidates. His poll was "who do you think WILL win", so most everyone can agree that a 3rd party candidate has no chance of actually winning.

That makes 2 of us. Also those touting a long battery life, my iPhone 4 will last 8-10 hrs with moderate use, Tapatalk, twitter, email. Now using maps and location services can shorten it, but phone only use, it could easily last several days. Plus one bonus, Android may have more apps, but what percentage of those work and are safe? apple has standards and approval for apps, if you don't make the cut, you don't build an app.
