  1. It's no longer listed under "Rifles". It'd be I treating to see if it pops back up at a higher price. They were asking $1350 for the CMMG and $1100 for the S&W, that's not right
  2.   Does this stock coversion make it an NFA item, or are you referring to paying the Feds for something else
  3.   yeah that's what I was figuring.  Well if your Dentist is the friendly kind, ask him what he would do if no professional help was available.  I'm not sure if pulling the tooth would stop the pain or not.
  4.   do you know the source of the pain? and I dont mean your tooth, I mean broken cap, need root canal, etc
  5. I'm entered. Thanks for posting.
  6. Yes they are pretty sweet. Well worth the $450 Walmart price. Or $650 with all the magpul goodies. Only draw back is they take proprietary mags, but those mags do come with a lever to lower the spring to ease in loading. Only thing better in my opinion would be a dedicated upper for a standard AR lower
  7. Good deal on the price. I've seen a few green ones but seem to be like the white whale. Nice stick
  8. Well LGS had the magpul version for $629 which is a fine price, but more than I wanted to spend. I like the Walmart price of $450 :)
  9. Jealous party of one
  10. I use "Legal Heat" it has both concealed and open carry info for each state
  11. I didn't have much interest in a S12 until I saw this option. Now I'm intrigue.
  12. So can Saiga's not be changed back to imported version after they're converted? This looks awesome but seems I'm a day late and dollar short on buying a Saiga
  13. As far as hunting. We used to hunt early sunny mornings, they will sit in the trees and bark (more like squawk) and we would slip up to them. But I was young and restless but now adays it's probably better to find mast producing trees and sit for a bit and see what you see and hear. As for cooking we used to clean, boil, quarter, flour and fry. Then make white gravy and mashed potatoes. I have fond memories of squirrel hunting and mom fixing them for dinner. The dumplings recipe Dave posted sounds great
  14. Awkward. I'd just shoot the glass
  15. Very true, I've planned to fish on Lancaster road right and shutoff and it took at least 45 min to an hour to be wadeable, and that's not that far from the dam.
  16. Wow you are one video clippin fool. Good video. Lots of shooting no rambling on and on. Very nice
  17. The features I loved about Tapatalk were the "participated" tab at the top that keeps you participated threads easily accessed, as well as the first few lines of the last post on each thread. With that said, I've gotten used to the mobile skin so it's not that bad. If Tapatalk never comes back its not the end of the world. As for the Classifieds, I think you made the right decision regardless of Tapatalk.
  18. There is always a possibility of an unscheduled discharge. You must pay attention to water levels. It's easy to see the water coming up. When I enter the river I pick a spot on the bank or near me and check it. If its all the sudden under water, move to the bank. I think you're hearing a lot of Internet chatter, it doesn't happen that often. I have the TVA app on my iPhone and its been pretty accurate. Also remember a dam release at 4 pm may take 2 hours to reach Betty's island so there can be benefits of fishing farther down stream if your up against the schedule. Just be careful
  19. Thanks David, 'preciate it
  20. David sold me some Large magnum pistol primers for loading .41 Magnum and told me I could use them in .45 ACP no problem
  21. Those aren't mine. I'd say most are Umpqua or Montana Fly Company. I just hijacked the pics off of a website. Tie away my friend
  22. I have the Osprey Raptor 10. But you can buy just the bladders. I hate the way camelbacks open. They are very difficult, but the osprey has a nalgene type screw cap which is easy to open, fill, and doesn't leak. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002N4W5EA/ref=redir_mdp_mobile
  23. I've used platypus for several years but just recently bought an Osprey. It's freaking awesome. It has a ridged side to help pack better and holds 3L of water. Plus the pack I bought has a magnetic valve holder for quick access, works great compared to the clip type camelback use to use.
