1. So I picked up a Ruger SR556 on March 8. When I got home I realized ther 'quick deploy' sights weren't in the box. So I call Ruger and wait about 10mins on hold, explain the situation. The man asks for the serial number and says the sights are back ordered 2 weeks but thy would mail when they arrived. No more questions asked. Well on Wednesday the 13th my wife says a package came from New Hampshire. Sure enough a set of brand new sights. Just thought that was good service!
2. Whittakers is the best business going. I get to swing in there every now and the when I work up there.

It's hard to get through on the phone but if you do, there is a deal on the other end.
3. Anyone have any personal experience with this suppressor. It would primarily be on a .300BLK but could see some time on my G19 or a future 9mm AR, if prices ever come back to normal.
4. hell, it was a good solid 90 days 2 years ago. I would hate to think what it is today
5. He didnt say who he called, so if he's not willing to disclose I just thought I'd state the obvious.
6. Call the Safe House in Nashville. They are a TGO vendor.
7. its getting closer, is this still a go?
8. Its amazing how it works like that, but glad it did. Let us know how long it stays good and black
9. WD 40 is what we used on plastic car trim when I worked at a car dealer. just spray and wipe with a rag. This may or may not work. It does fade again over time but its cheap
10. Hold off on the AR, prices are falling, no need to overpay if you have one already. Don't severely overpay for 5.56 ammo, but .60 per round is a steady price right now. Yes it's high but it's that or don't shoot.
11. You shut it, Tapatalk never did anything to you, ya big meanie. Actually I haven't noticed any lag. That's with mobile skin or Tapatalk. Alex Jones says its the government trying to limit your 2nd amendment rights, but I'm not sure that's the case :D
12. All I can say is that's bad ass! Makes me itch for a suppresor for my 300BLK.
13. Yeah I'm posting from Tapatalk and not getting HTML
14. I'll bite, what happened?
15. This could go in circles for days, so I'll perpetuate the circular regurgitation. I don't think Rock River is a 'low tier' manufacturer to be lumped in with DPMS or similar. I'd buy a RRA any day over a Bushmaster
16. Just fine. Basically a low tier like bushmaster or DPMS. Which all low tier ARs will serve any one who is shooting for fun. Maybe not if you shoot 12,000 rnds a year
17. I think this was discussed about a year or so ago. Haven't actually seen one though. Seems a little much for me. Similar to skull grips on a 1911. My look cool for a second but in the end I wouldn't want that on my gun.
18. I grew up in West Virginia, it was common place that every grocery store had a wine isle. Seems silly to me that this is such a big deal here. Liquor stores just need to adjust their business plan a little, they'll be fine.
19. I live 15 mins from the track. I I'd had a little more heads up I definitely be there, but unfortunately already have plans. Have fun
20. I don't live near your store but if I did I would appreciate this info
21. Regardless of the voters ignorance all power needs restriction. Hell, he already gave himself the ability to run a third term, someone needed to leash that dog. Sad thing is most NY'ers think he's great. Of course they aren't the small businesses suffering from beverage sale restrictions.
22. That could be a good payday. Even at a reduced price for contaminated brass. Sheer volume should pay a good price...depending on how much you had to pay for it that is.
23. It was refreshing to read the Judges ruling that basically says "this law is stupid and opens Pandora's box for bad precedence in the future"
24. Probably should have posted under "general chat" since it's not gun related. Sorry
