  1. Yes it is totaled. Their was well over 30K worth of damage including a total frame replacement. We're still negotiating with the insurance over replacement value. They made a decent effort but I believe they are a couple thousand short of what our car was worth. I'll say this, I hate car shopping!
  2. Investigation seems complete. http://www.citizen-times.com/article/20130411/NEWS/304110019/Police-Cellphone-distraction-caused-fatal-crash?nclick_check=1 Summary: Lady was repeatedly dialing a number on two separate cell phones. Traveling at estimated 60mph and no signs of hitting the brakes. I spoke to the investigating officer and she said the skid marks occurred at impact no from brakes.
  3. Not to rain on your parade, but you missed a really good deal on a Citori that was for sale here on TGO. If it were me I'd start trying to find a Citori, but would consider Ruger Red Label
  4. This, and if you don't have a drill get one of the old corded versions from a pawn shop for cheap
  5. All lengths can come in pistol gas. But if you want a short barrel I would go 9". I have a 10.5" which shoots really good, but could have gotten close velocities and saved weight with a 9". Velocity is pretty negligible for each 1" in barrel length.
  6. If its $180 per brick I can garuntee one thing... I'll never buy another .22 bullet.
  7. Yep, like hens teeth. I love RRA, but if you want it you're gonna wait for it
  8. yes, Tiger is playing well and I assume we'll see him competing on a more regular basis this year compared to recent years.  I would LOVE to see Freddie win the green jacket this year, such a good guy.  He's battled back problems for years, so good to see him playing well.
  9. Always good to have friends who are connected. Good score!
  10. I've never seen that one. Very nice fixed blade!!! Where'd you find that one, if you don't mind me askin?
  11. I heard on Fox News this morning that Tennessee is one of 11 states that has a law that prevents this. Anyone know that?
  12. I'd be down for one
  13. Found 2 boxes of winchester 5.56 in Cookeville. They had 6 nice of .38 and 8 boxes of 7.62x39 when I left.
  14. Holy shit this is vomit inducing. Why don't politicians have any balls?
  15. I agree with JAB about the school overstepping its limits. I am all for a dress code, but only to prevent kids from showing their goods and wearin vulgar shirts. Otherwise the teacher needs to control her students. He'll kids act that way when a boy shaves his head for the first time. They all want to rub his head. I know I did it in 4th grade, yet somehow Mrs Slater didn't lose control of the room an now 30 kids are all stupid because they couldn't learn. Quit being pussies, damnit. I'm never gonna survive having children.
  16. Huffs airplane glue from a sandwich bag
  17. My wife is a 3rd year medical student. Doesn't look like I'll be retiring anytime soon. I just hope she picks a sustainable part of the medical field. Scary to be this far into a degree. Too late to turn back now.
  18. Oh and under normal circumstances Pmags are about $12 each. And with my ease of use, my great grand kids will get to turn them over to the gubment.
  19. Go to YouTube and search for PMag torture test. Some guys in the sandbox run over a bunch if mags with a Humvee the Pmag is incredibly tough, and feeds everything reliably, and is lightweight. Nothing wrong with the aluminum GI mags, but if I had a choice Pmag any day. EDIT: Here it is http://youtu.be/rdesKUSUchA
  20. Huh, but what about those who don't want to increase the sulphur content in the soil? How much sulphur would make AN-S vs AN? I believe AN-S is still volatile. I'm no chemist (obviously), so I guess we'll just give it a whirl :)
  21. I don't think adding sulphur will prevent the aluminum powder reaction. I could be wrong. I've heard 34-0-0 works. I have some game food plots that need fertilizing so maybe I'll bag a little and try it out.
  22. I forgot to mention I bought a queen size Englander firm mattress from Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. That mattress is great!!! It was too firm for my wife's liking so we upgraded to a king. But I would go look at KWF an lay on some and see what you think. Good prices.
  23. We bought ours at Clinton Bedding. They used to have a shop in Solway (between Oak Ridge and Knoxville) but I don't think that store is open anymore. We paid about $2000 for the upper version but it wasn't the top tier. It was a lot of money but we love it, it's a great mattress. The key to it is its a pillow top on both sides so it can be flipped to extend its life. If we were to buy another one I'd seriously look into Sleep Number, I've heard they are good, but haven't priced or laid on one.
  24.   I thought this as well.  Even drug dealers dont have 3 phones.  I can't really comprehend what she was doing.
