1. Pelosi said "it's a matter of our National Security...." In what way? At least Iraq had a presumption of supporting terrorists that had attacked America. Does Syria have such? Are they saying Syria has WMD's, because last I heard We didn't find any in Iraq even though Saddam gassed his country too.
2. I agree with Sam and others. Go I-40 to Rockwood and south on 27. You could get off in Crossville and go down 68 but I probably wouldn't.
3. Wow, tell us how you really feel. If this gets under your skin, you've got a long road of "pissed off" coming on this forum.
4. Whittaker's has a small batch that were in-stock today, but that's a long drive for a bolt action .22. Price was $242
5. RL Winston fly rod. It was a chunk of money but its one piece of equipment I've had no desire to upgrade in 5 years.
6. So what part allows felons to register guns to a corporation, and what is Obama doing to alter that. NFA?
7. Yep, just not those evil air rifles. Apparently the ordinance dates back to the 80s. Never really figured the real reason why though.
8. When was the last time someone in the state of Tennessee was charge with shooting a home invader? Hell, an old man in Knoxville shot a guy trying to break in THROUGH the door. The guy wasn't even I side the house, he managed to run to the front yard and dropped dead in the ditch. No charges.
9. Anyone entering my home through locked door has a high risk of lead poisoning. No verbal exchange will be had. My door is never unlocked so no mistakes can be made. If you enter, you have shown not only willingness but intent to commit a crime against me and my family. Defense is the only option.
10. Johnson City not only ban the USE of air rifles, but also the sale thereof.
11. Ok, I want one....seriously. :D That's awesome. Will it hold an edge you think?
12.
what can you tell me about there quality? i found them on the internet and they seem to have good prices with ammo in stock
Good stuff. Nothing I have from them I've been disappointed with. .41 mag cowboy loads, .45ACP, 10mm. All good. Once you factor in shipping the price is just fair not great. I usually wait or them to come to a gun show or I can pick up at their shop in GA PS some of their "in-stock" might take a couple weeks to ship. I'd call the. And ask
13.   yep, I haven't even mentioned the fact of the exposed trigger
14.   seems not, but knowing Hanks determination, Id say we'll see something before long
15. Man that is a huge relief to hear. I was really afraid you had something serious wrong with the upper. Hope this is your solution
16. I think you need to get over 5 grains and use the standard recoil sprig first.
17. I still think its a bad idea....sorry
18. Still doesn't change the fact that part of the holster is inserted into the barrel. What if it breaks off and doesn't fall out? I agree that it's a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. Traditional holsters work just fine. I just don't see the advantage to this holster over a traditional one.
19. No chance. Not putting anything in the barrel of my gun, first off. Plus it only saves the width of an inner Kydex sheet so .60 of an inch. This is not an improvement over the Comptac Buy an IWB model from one o the kydex holster brands and be done. Comp Tac Raven Concealment
20. Damn Dave, definitely glad your aren't permanently damaged, especially your eyes. I would have ever thought loading black powder was so dangerous. Hope you heal up soon!
21. Thanks for the link, I'll make a baffle. I bought one and got home and realized it was for the bigger hopper. Making one will be much simpler.
22.
I leave a dryer sheet in the hopper all the time. After I empty it (usually as soon as I am done), I bonk it a few times with a rubber mallet over the garbage can.
Does this not impede the flow of powder?
23. I know lots of people that have had good luck with off brand tablets. Me personally, I stick with the iPad. It's user friendly, had good system support with upgrades when necessary. And I wouldn't hesitate to order a refurb from the apple store. I've know a few people to do so and all worked like brand new. The downfall is that apple is the most expensive tablet. I just dot have any personal experience with other brands so I stick with what I know.
24. Does it matter if its a new or used dryer sheet?
25. Thanks G. The powder janet been in there too long, I'll just flush it out with an old toothbrush and put in the other. Just didn't want cross contamination of a hot powder in my 300 loads.
