  1. Damn usually these are easier to see. This one slipped right under our nose(or at least mine anyway). But like all roaches, a good heavy boot cures the problem.
  2. Yeah, fire em, then sell em $100 worth of shit
  3. Well I am a consulting forester.  I have a BS in Forest Resource Management.  When I tell people I am a forester, 80% of them reply " oh youre a lumber jack?".  "no, Im a forester.  The only time ive cut trees for a job was in college with the US Forest Service"   This especially annoys my wife when she tells her Doctor and Med School collegues what I do.  She says "NO, hes not a lumber jack".  So what better screen name :D
  4. I third Bills Outpost. They treat transfers as a valued business not a hindrance.
  5. Tin Angel was a win! Love the smoky flavor on the pork chop I had.
  6. In a 1911 I've gone out to OAL 1.27, but for 'minute of pie plate' and feeding reliability 1.25 works just fine.
  7. Jackson's was a win! I'll update as we progress through recommendations. Thanks for all the help
  8. If I were loading 230gn, and I do :), I'd start with 5.6 unique an up to 6 in .2 increments and check for accuracy. If no differentiation the goal is 6
  9. I googled it, plus it's the French spelling, hence why it's gay
  10.   you know the little plastic tip that you thread the cleaning patch throug.  They come standard in most "off the shelf" cleaning kits
  11.   uhh no that'd be,  croissant
  12.   broaden your horizons, break out of the "Breakfast, lunch, dinner" box.   Hell, I eat soup stright out of the can, that should tell you what level Im coming from
  13. BLT add egg, yes to the mayo
  14. so, high prices drive away the hoarders, and scalp the every day customers?   I say, just tell your customers, "the reason we dont have any .22 is because the price would be so high it would offend you"   Hell even type it on sign and hang it on the door
  15. Wait....are we talking about sex again?
  16. Off hand, bench rest? Either way that's good results, of course your pistol is a good accurate piece to being with.
  17. Your mood is determined by the content of your posts. This is a discussion forum, not a statement forum. Try some enjoyable banter it's what TGO is all about.
  18. Well those all sound good. It's not what I like but what SHE likes. And no she's not a fan of anything spicy or of Asian origin (with a few exceptions) Otherwise Italian, American, Mexican, anything that just stands out.
  19. So my wife is doing a month long rotation at Vanderbilt Medical Center. So we'll have some opportunities to explore some Nashville dining. What's a few places y'all wouldn't miss while in town?
  20. Hard to find 10mm any cheaper. Especially for target. Their SD ammo isn't loaded too full potential, so I buy that elsewhere.
  21. It's in the 100 Block of Gay st. (That's the North end). It's a small place, kinda trendy decor, but the food is absolutely amazing and all fresh, local stuff. Not posted. I carried, no issue. It's a little pricey but not bad. $16-18 main dish, $4 side, $5 beer, etc. Me and the wife each had a dish, shared a side, and I drank a beer. Total was $48. Worth every penny
  22. Welcome to TGO. The M&P 9 is a great weapon that would serve anyone well. My only advice is, buy the gun and a good holster and belt. Practice drawing and shooting to the point where you feel safe and proficient. And you don't have to wait for the permit test to start practicing.
  23. I ate dinner last night in downtown Knoxville at a place called Knox Mason, they serve a deep fried moon pie. Sounds delicious
  24. Ok they just pushed it off a few games. North Texas and App State. Let me rephrase, They all play cupcakes at some point.

    Best Pizza

I enjoy Sargent Pepperoni in Knoxville, I'm also a big fan of mellow mushroom. If you're ever in Parkersburg, WV (God help you) eat at The Pizza Place, it's the best, simple yet delicious.
