  1. Do not try to sell to out of state accounts. The beauty of this place is it’s all face to face deals with TN residents
  2. Man I would buy this if I wasn’t 400miles away. Free bump
  3. I’ll start here are a few from this fall
  4. Tennessee gets a bad reputation for not having big deer so I thought it’s been cool to see what yall have seen across the state. No shame no looking for giant booners just love to see deer
  5. I always used Adams off Edgemoore Rd in Powell but that was when I hunted a lot in Morgan Co. I’ve used Rick Hill of Kingston Pike just across London County line too. Both good. Rick is better. Adams can get full quickly after rifle opener
  6. How you feel about shipping? I’ll buy it if we can work out meetup/shipping. I’m in Knoxville
  7. It’s was a trust but just for me and this single can. I used Silencer Shop “single shot trust”. Not sure if having only one individual on a trust vs several beneficiaries makes it faster or not.
  8. I had to look at my profile to even remember I joined. The world has changed a lot since then
  9. I have 3 kids age 5, 3, and 1. To see the joy and excitement for them as the build up to Christmas is fun, I’m not gonna lie. But for me I completely get anxiety about buying gifts for sisters and brothers in law etc. not because of money really but just the idea that we have to buy a gift to represent some form of love? How about we just exhange heartfelt “I love you’s” and have a drink? I’d love to reserve the gift giving for children but alas no one listens to me. My wife and I probably Huy too much for Christmas but we really do try to keep it moderate as it can be overwhelming for small children plus we want to set an example that we “don’t get everything”. Now my mother in law who had excessive amounts of discretional funds is another story. She buys so much ..ish that the kids are tired before all the presents are unwrapped. That gives me the same anxiety they @Erik88 is feeling I’m sure. Just unadulterated consumerism. But it’s tough to get it reeled in. At the end of the day we teach our kids about the true meaning of Christmas and as they get older we’ll strive to drive it home more as they’re ability to grasp the concept grows. Until then I hope Nana saves the Reciepts because 75% of the ..ish is going back where it came from.
  10. A .30cal suppressor on a .300BLK bolt gun is loads of fun. They can be had for cheap. I got a River American Predator .300BLK for $400 used. It’s fun
  11. Just a few days over 6 months. Finalizing host plans and picking up this week
  12. I can’t speak to those suppressors specifically, but in general you’re going to love them. Shooting suppressed is so awesome it’s hard to explain in words. To me the only reason I don’t have one for every gun is simply a limitation of discretional funds to do so.
  13. Anyone have a Sig P227 they’re willing to sell for a reasonable price? I had one and couldn’t afford to keep it and fund my new ventures so now kicking myself
  14. This still available? If so shoot me a message
  15. Willing to sell the gun without the optic?
  16. Last fall me and 2 other guys cruised the 400 acres of timber below bee rock. View from the rock is pretty spectacular. The excessively steep slope below decidedly less spectacular. Bee Rock was privately owned for decades before it was gifted to the city of Monterey. Being so close to the interstate it’s certainly worth a stop. Especially on a non hazy clear sky day.
  17. I’ll say this. The school deserves a lot of credit and recognition. One thing you don’t see in the MNPD video is panic teachers and children. They heard the alarm and acted according to a plan that had obviously been practiced. They protected those children as best they can. Unfortunately no plan is perfect or can work flawlessly and the evil got through to a few, but lives were saved by the forethought and planning of the administration and staff. I believe in learning everything we can from these events. 1) I hope more private schools will find ways to employee on-site security or SRO. 2)Any door that is locked for protection should also have some level of glass break prevention. It can’t be bullet proof but internal wire mesh would have prevented or significantly slowed the entry of the assailant. These are not criticisms of Covenant but they will be times brought up at my kids schools as items that need addressing
  18. I have nothing but emphatic sympathy for your wife and her grief she is feeling now as someone who missed death by mere chance and at the death of colleagues and children at her school. With that said there was a breakdown in the security protocol on some level as an armed adult opened a door and was able to reach children without resistance. I know it’s too early to know exactly how entrance was allowed but I think all schools need to examine their most effective defense, and that’s a securely locked door or multiple doors between the outside world and the kids
  19. Title says it all. Looking for an FNX 45 Tactical. With or without Reflex sight Need it to be priced less than new or I’ll just buy a new one
