  1. I just bought a gun on GB. It started out at $600 with no reserve and a $675 BIN. Two hours into the 3 day auction there were 150 hits on the site and 3 bids to $635. I've been looking for one of these guns for 3 months and the best price I've seen was $615 + tax if and when they could get one in and drive 250 miles round trip to pick it up. No brainer, hit the BIN button and don't look back. May of cost me $50 more with shipping and FFL this way but I would of spent that on gas and wasted half a day driving across the state. Oh Yea, Thanks for starting this thread, its what made me go back and check GB one more time for the gun!
  2. +1 You nailed it!
  3. Very nice! I also like the grips.
  4. I don't think they are out yet. I couldn't find any on Gunbroker.
  5. I looked up the Sig and it is the same gun as the GSG. Only dif is the grips and the price +$40-$??? for the SIG name. Belshire in Nashville has the GSG for $314 shipped on GunBroker.
  6. If you are looking for a .22 1911 the GSG is the way to go. I had a Puma first and sold it and bought a GSG. My eyes are getting old too and the sights on the GSG are great. I never tried the Sig.
  7. RIA Tactical $430. at Bellshire guns, Nashville. Great people to deal with. You can try mine if you are ever in the area.

    New toy....SR1911

Anybody seen one around the Chattanooga area?
  9. Very nice! (Ruger SR1911 now moved to the "GOTTA HAVE LIST")
  10. I bought a LCP, didn't like it, sold it and bought a LCR and never looked back.
  11. LCR gets my vote also.
  12. +1 on the H&R
  13. Sounds like a winner. I'm in for one....
  14. Thanks. I have a Sabre Defence Massad Ayoob Pro that I replaced the carry handle with a RRA dominator 2 Eotech 512 mount. So I had to zero the new rear iron sight on the RRA mount before I mounted the Eotech. That AR out shoots me, it was money well spent.
  15. I sighted in my AR at 25 meters with one of these targets. Paper is 8.5 x 11
  16. Go back to the start of the LONG GUNS FORM 4th thread down.
  17. I have a 92fs and just bought a set of grips fron Altamont. Check out their website and give them a call. Nice people to work with, they will know.
  18. I shoot in my back yard so small game and a "fun gun" is what I had in mind. It's also something the Grand kids can handle. The Arsenal/Saiga comes with most of the mods already installed from Arsenal. Thats why the high price tag. I found a new one at half the price of what they are going for on Guns America and Gun Broker + free shipping and no tax. So price is about the same as a bare bones Saiga 410 at todays prices.
  19. Anyone out there have one of these? What are the pros and cons. Any range tests?
  20. No thanks, not for me.
  21. I checked on KTOG.ORG kel tec owners group forum and if you are the original owner kel-tec will replace the barrel under warranty. I know kel-tec says 6000 to 10000 rounds but I didn't see many posts about that being a issue. I guess I will wait to see what the range tests show on the roni. If anyone gets one let us know how it works out for you.
  22. EMA Tactical | RONI: Pistol - Carbine This is a website that sells them. Looks like about $399. At that price I will just keep my Kel-Tec Sub2000.
  23. If you are north of Chattanooga like I am try Jmark out of Pikeville. $15+$10. They are listed on Bud's and Gun Broker.
  24. Very well said +1
  25. +1 On the techniques and the Walther PK380.
