Fortunately I don't have a weight problem, out of shape problem yes. However the guys and gals here run a "biggest loser" competition and it works really well. The competition keeps them on their toes and helps keep them true to whatever mthod of getting in shape that they choose. We all need a little competition sometimes.

Depends on where I am going. I carry a Glock 17 with serpa in the winter. If I'm going somewhere that has call for a little more conceal I stick it in a inside belt left handed blackhawk in the small of my back. I'm 6-6 so I don't have a problem carrying full size guns.
