Kettlefoot is nice but I have been treated rudely there. My father in law is a member and the joint is a little snooty for my taste. Plus I almost got shot there by some dummy with a hangfire. It is also 100 bones more a year to join IF you can find a sponsor. But it is a very nice well managed range. Cherokee is more a good ole boy range but it is very nice also.

Very good point....I have a Glock 19 And a Browning High Power I carry in the winter. If im going to the movies or a restaurant I carry a LCP or LCR. In the summer usually carry a Taurus Slimline. Never really thought about it.

/agreed however where I hunt I use the .300 winmag to shoot across the ridgetops where it can be a 300-500 yard shot. I like using my model 94 .32 Winchester special with no scope for other areas. That reminds me I'm Thinking aboutselling my old model 70 chambered in .300 winmag, you know want it. Heh.

Young coyotes are the most harmful. They injure livestock and leave things to die because they can't quite close the deal. It's not cold-hearted to kill them year round. I'm just a softee I guess )

I would start with talking to them and ask them as stated above why so cheap. If it's been taken care of you can tell by looking. Stock should be ok being synthetic. Check the bore pull out the bolt look for anything abnormal. Inspect the barrel and if you don't know what your looking for compare to a brand new one if available.

As I said dude 7 and up ----- noone has misinformed him of anything. So 695 is not 700 ok then you win. 400 for a used one is still a bit low for the firearm unless it's well used. Some of us don't use the net to price things. He needs to check out the gun as stated. The firearm is a very nice midrange rifle. Not sure, but I dint think there are many like that around for <400 bucks. If there is I would like to pick one up.

a bolts run anywhere from 7 and on up -- ihave seen used ones for 6 + in really good shape---- 375 ..... hmmmmmmm any chance its stolen?
