I have a bunch of friends that face book and one of them has his 11 year old laying down behind a Barrett M107A1. No cops have shown up at his house yet? I dont think i would go either if i knew there was m107 in the house. -

I would say he is making a killing to be honest, i saw him buy 3 cases of .223 for 150 a case and sold them for 250 just in that deal alone, my stupid neighbor bought them from him. That is how i figured out what he is doing. He made 300 bucks cash tax free right there in one day. -
No K9 will be able to get to this -- you have to have a ladder to get to it and woul dhave to know exactly where it is to get even close. Imagine a 25 foot ceiling, that one of the walls was "compromised" the goods stuck in the wall about 20 feet up then re-drywalled and painted. No attic on the backside of the wall to get near where these items are. Two ways to get to them, climb a ladder in the house and beat the wall in or climb a ladder outside the house and start sawzalling. Would need to put a k9 on a scaffle to locate them, but then again nothing surprises me.

I was at Eagle Arms at lunch today shooting the poop with the owner and we were talking about the possibility of an up and coming gun grab. Well i might have mentioned that i know someone that may have put a false wall in their house and stuck and AK47and a few pistols (packed with cosmoline) and a metric chit ton of ammo in that wall then boarded it up. He tells me that wont matter because because they will find it when they dont find what they are looking for in the cats safe. He states there is a device that can locate guns in the house. Now this doesnt surprise me, but does anyone know what this device is? I would like to know how to counter such madness in case General Monroe's militia comes looking.

"This policy you speak of, I've never been told that. Hell, I've been buying ammo after working 3rd shift when it becomes available to the public. Once I punch out, I'm officially a customer" this just what they told me i am sure to pacify me. -
It is like the good ole Karate Kid movies. They feel that their honor was disrespected, unfortunatley I dont see any honor in the way they act. He was "clowning" them, but in reality they look like the clowns.

This makes me mad for the guy. The way these clowns are acting and all shows lack of repect for any rules or any authority. On the flip side I would think this guy better be careful. It seems revenge is the way of thinking now.

Walmarts policy is it has to be on the shelf for 24 hours before an employee can purchase. That sucks man. At least that is what they told me when i asked, but i know a another dude that used to work at my company whose wife works at wal mart and he has been able to aquire over 8k rounds since december. -
If more stores follow suit this will help get the prices back down. I went into the stone drive store today and bought a 100 round box of .45. they had 2 more and i told her i would take them as well.... she said i am so sorry our NEW policy is one caliber per customer and 3 total boxes per day. I told her nothing to be sorry about, this is good news. Hopefully the ammo grabbers and price gougers will back off if they can only get one caliber per day. Some will think thats to much hassle to screw us on one box per day. I know a guy who literally camped out at walmart , literally to get his hands on 3 boxes of 9 45 40 and 22. He was buying them all at 3 boxes per caliber per day when the shipment came in and reselling them for 50%+ mark up.

I just watched a movie on Netflix last night called God Bless America, kinda funny with a lot of 1911 action. Anyway there was this one scene where there were members (obviously modeled after westboro) were shot by the dynamic duo in a drive by then the leader was ran over with a Camaro, hogtied and thrown off a cliff. I must say that was very funny. This whole movie was based on the idea that America is going to chit and this dude decides he is going to go around killing reality TV stars, certain politician types and radicals.

What David posted is true in my opinion, if the unthinkable happens and the dems take the house back after the universal background check has passed, you better watch out. My gun buying is on hold and im only seeking ammo at this time, every extra cent i have will go to ammo even if i have to pay a little higher than normal prices.

Its not a diversionary tactic, if they thought it would pass they would introduce it. They want the BG checks and they know if they roll it all into one bill it will be struck down. They want registration, they dont care about HC mags or "Assault" Weapons. They dont care about anyones safety but their own. They strike it from the bill, shows they are playing ball to cater to "us", then they sneak the BG checks in and there it starts. Personally i think we would have better off for the OGRE's bill hit the floor exactly as written. Now there is compromise, universal checks are coming and our rupublican electee's are not going to stop it. Boehner stated recently that he absolutely 100% trusts Obama, that is scary.

Unfortunately a precident has been set for the ammo guys who can continue to exploit high prices. People now know that they can time the walmart wagon correctly and still buy and resell. The only hope is that gun stores/bass pro/cabellas....etc can get their hands on ammo and beat the beaters in bulk.

Feinstein's Gun Ban Bill Facing Defeat
Krull replied to gun sane's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
The funny thing here is they were banking on the Feinstein's bill to make it to the floor. Now that it wont they will look like fools. Magpul will be pulling shop starting immediately to move to multiple states and set up unless they change their minds to go with a single state. This will backfire on CO. -
