  1. Ah man, Steelharp, I didn't take you for a blow-down-the-shoulder-past-traffic guy. Come on!
  2. This is from the Michael Moore film Bowling for Columbine.
  3. Good prices on new guns, low FFL transfer fees (haven't found that from an actual gun store yet), and that's about it. Knowledgable staff isn't a key concern of mine because if I go to a gun store I already know what I'm looking for and I've already done the necessary research.

    Gorilla Glue?

Regular old 2 part epoxy is what I'd use in this case. Pick up some of the 30 minute stuff, clamp it together while the epoxy sets, and never look back.
  5. I picked up a used S&W 22A for this purpose. $100. It's fugly, but reliable and accurate. Perfect for practicing handgun techniques.
  6. I am in the process of doing just that. Disparity of force cases.
  7. Well I hope you guys like jail time, because if you shoot a couple unarmed teenagers, that's where you will be. It was more of a rhetorical question.
  8. Ruger P95. Junky, rattle pile of ****.
  9. I'm sure the answer is not going to be favorable to the victim, if he were carrying a handgun legally. But this scenario raises the question: Police say it's 'very possible' attacks near fairgrounds had racial overtones | desmoinesregister.com | The Des Moines Register
  10. I am around, and hey Micah. I browse around from time to time.. I just don't have much to do with guns these days other than the ones I have because: -People have panicked, stocked up on guns, and made guns expensive -People have panicked, stocked up on ridiculous amounts of ammo, making it expensive to shoot anything other than a BB gun So why even bother being interested in a topic that I can't have fun with anymore because it's too expensive and a hassle to find ammo? When then panic goes away though, I will be there, wish cash, to buy all that credit card bought 5.56 that people stocked away in their basements
  11. http://www.footballsfuture.com/2009/fa/wr.html Housh is good, but just shy of #1.. There are a few on that list that look good.
  12. I hope so, but I have a feeling they will keep Vince on at least one more year. My prediction is that they will first concentrate on locking in Collins, Bironas, and (possibly) Haynesworth. Those three will be eligable for free agency at the end of this season and I think Collins and Bironas will be re-signed, but Haynesworth will simply demand too much money. As good as he is, it might not be worth it to keep him... that's how much he will want. I think the QB situation will probably remain the way it is this year: Collins, Young, Simms. Tennessee still needs a #1 receiver. I think that is what this offseason will bring them. General Manager Mike Reinfeldt is the main reason the Titans are still undefeated this year. No matter who gets hurt, there is someone to take their place who does a great job. Case in point: Chris Carr, special teams and return man. He is also a third string safety and played that position arguably as well as Nick Harper would have last Sunday.
  13. Well I went out on a limb and got lucky. I just hope it holds true!
  14. The Onion is awesome. It's true though.. these poor folks and everyone else wanting a handout are going to be disappointed when there's no cash on their doorstep in a few months.

    Better judgement.

    Winter car gun

Why would you leave it in the car where it can and probably will be stolen if the car is broken into? The gun is under the seat! They never look there! What criminal mind could penetrate this fortress of security! Leaving a gun in the car is a bad idea.
  17. I went today at 3:30 and it literally took 5 minutes. There was no wait at all.
  18. My zone is at WA Wright school since I am on the south side of Saundersville Rd.
  19. I went to vote in MJ on Tuesday and was met with the same line, so I left. I just hope so many people voted early that the lines are shorter on the 4th, because I will only have about an hour to do it then.
  20. You suck!
