DOJ "agent provocators" behind J4T protests?
RobertNashville replied to RichardR's topic in General Chat
And I'm supposed to care about this because??? I really don't care...I really don't care because if the DOJ is actively doing this it's only to be expected...the people elected Obama a first time and a second time...when you elect an America-hating race baiter who appoints an equally socialist left-wing wacko as US AG what do people expect will happen. That aside, if the "black community" is stupid enough to riot I doubt that the DOJ's input was needed. -
DOJ "agent provocators" behind J4T protests?

Logically, incredible, over the top allegations demand incredible, over the top, significant evidence to support the allegations or they really should be discarded out of hand. Do I think this administration is capable of doing something like this? Maybe. Do I think they are doing something like this? No, not really. That aside, if ZImmerman is acquitted and the "black community" decides to riot I don't really think thy will be rioting because of DOJ provocateurs - these folks are plenty hateful enough and stupid enough to riot all on their own. -
Really good cigars can sometimes be difficult to find...just like a great wine, there is only so many grapes or so much of the appropriate tobacco to go around at any given time plus good cigars take time to make...others are supposed to be limited production so once they are gone, they're gone. Sometimes you just have to be patient and persistent. ;)

I will...if it means Lamar has to leave his office. I'd rather see him lose to a Democrat than get reelected because of a split vote (R, D, third party, etc). It's still early enough to hope that it wont come to that...that Lamar will lose the primary bit do a decent candidate but if that doesn't happen my vote will NOT got to Lamar.

:screwy: Have you listened to any of the evidence or testimony? At this point, anyone who doubts who was on top and who was on the ground is either not watching the trial, watching a different trial or someone who simply doesn't want to complicate their life with evidence instead of media-generated innuendo.

It's a fiasco because the race-baiters forced charges against a man who is not guilty of the charges. If they actually had a case they could make against Zimmerman he would have been charged by the original DA; they wouldn't have needed a new police chief or a shopped for DA who would go forward even with no evidence; pretty typical for gutless politicians who have no problem ruining an innocent man's life all because they are afraid of standing up to the likes of Sharpton and Jackson.

The Court didn't involve itself in the "Marriage discussion", they involved itself in hearing whether DOMA violated the Constitution and a person's Constitutional rights. True, the government should never have involved itself in "marriage" at all but when the government pass laws that violates the Constitution why shouldn't the Supreme Court hear it? And whether it's a single individual, or a minority group or 99% of the entire population; no court should decide on that basis whether to hear a case or not.

If 77% of Americans support DOMA then what that proves is that we have 77% of Americans who either don't understand the Constitution or are willing to ignore the Constitution when doing so supports their religious beliefs about an issue. DOMA was a BAD law that was passed under Clinton to garner support from, I guess, those 77% of Americans. The problems is, it's none of the government's business to even be involved; especially when it's government sponsored discrimination. The Supreme Court was 100% right in striking it down.

I had an interesting phone call yesterday evening from a women who said she was with the Marco Rubio group seeking donations to help him select the best “conservative†candidates. She asked if I knew who Senator Rubio was and I said yes, I’m familiar with Mr. Rubio. Then she asked me what I’m sure she intended to be a rhetorical question of “and who would be better to identify conservative candidates than Senator Rubio? After I quite laughing; I said honey, I can think of a few dozen people off the top of my head who would be better at selecting conservative candidates than a RINO like Mr. Rubio. Then I hung up. I was pretty proud of myself too…I wonder how many other people that they call are giving a similar reaction to Rubio’s fundraising?

Considering the tremendous power of the state to bring charges against someone if they really want to and their virtually unlimited resources of time and money, it's a wonder that anyone at all is ever acquitted of a charge...it's a sobering thought that our lives can be effectively ruined just because we exercise a basic human right, the right to protect our own lives. Like everything else the government has control of, the justice system is completely out of control and has lost its way.

Yuup...he sure did shoot and kill Trayvon Martin and all the evidence I've seen/testimony I've heard (which is a majority of it) tells me it was a good shoot. Even the prosecution's own witnesses have either done nothing to discredit Zimmerman's story or has supported Zimmerman's recounting of events. Which is why I can't help but wonder why you keep throwing in "could haves" and "I remembers" and a bunch of completely unsupported assertions. My only regret here is that Zimmerman was forced to go through the expense and emotion of a trial just to satisfy some race-baiters...it's a shame Zimmerman can't at least be compensated/reimbursed by Martin's family and/or the state of FL for forcing to trial what the original DA knew shouldn't have been...better yet, take the money out of Sharpton's and Jackson's pockets.

Oh I don't know...if you declare open season on thugs/ganbangers and a few get shot on sight I'd bet that would cause the rest to go into hiding like the little cockroaches they are (not that they'll ever let that happen of course...as Mike noted, the guard probably won't be able to carry loaded weapons). ;)

If I were buying a new pickup today the F150 or maybe a 250 would be the only thing on my list and the reasons you cited are a bit part of that!

Homosexuals are, by an large, wonderful people who should be afforded the same rights and responsibilities as any other person. If they want to marry, shack up, live as single people; I really don't care so long as they don't tell ME how I have to live or require me to "feel" a certain way about them. The government (federal, state, local) needs to get out of the business of "marriage" and simply treat every person as an individual. How's that, Mike? :)

I'm not sure why your cuz doesn't like the powertrains...getting 350+ HP our of a 3.7 litre is pretty good; an engine that's been voted one of the "10 best" for about a dozen years now and that aside, the only difference between a 3.7 or 4.5 or a 5.7 liter engine in a Nissan vs an Infiniti is very minor tweaking (exhaust tuning, etc.). I'm not saying they are all fantastic engines but one of the things Nissan/Infiniti is known for is the power of its engines vs size; especially normally aspirated. You also can't beat the synchro-rev match available in the Zs or the 7 speed auto also available in many models...I won't claim they are up to "exotic" car standards but they are, I think, at least as good as anything most people can afford to buy. ;)
