1.
I understand that he put the ads on his show. I dont care about the ads I am talking the core values of the Agenda 21 program per the UNs website and link I posted.
As I said, pure evil...it's the embodiment of everything a that a free-thinking, freedom loving patriot should abhor.
 2. The actual Agenda 21 UN agenda is pure evil. GB is not a proponent of Agenda 21; he created and paid for the Agenda 21 ads on his shows as a teaser for the premise of his new book. Of course that didn't stop the great intellect, Alex Jones from deciding that Beck is actually a globalist operative who is enticing conservatives to his show so that he can heard them into Agenda 21 thought
 3.
I call BULL. That is no excuse. We got it by working, if they want it they can work.
I think you misunderstand...I wasn't in any way saying that it IS unfair for us to have what we have nor that we have an obligation to the rest of the world who are in their situation because of their own bad choices. I was being sarcastic.
 4.
If Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, George Washington and the gang had that attitude we would be subjects to the British Monarchy. Through creeping socialism and the growth of the nanny state we have created a nation of pathetic "american idol" worshipping sheepish slaves to the fedgov. Rugged Independent Americans that can think for themselves and have a job have to pay for it. We are no longer the land of the free and home of the brave. That is a joke. Secession is the answer. Libertarian principles of limited govt and personal freedom would make the new Republics work.
We have a Constitution so that we don't have to have armed rebellion - but hey, if you think taking up arms because an election didn't go the way you wanted is the smart move, feel free to do so.
 5.
What a great way to make more business go overseas.
Isn't that the point of much of this horse s**t anyway? Isn't it so "unfair" for the U.S. to have so much while much of the rest of the world has so little (even though they have so little because of their own actions)???
 6. Humm....a man who clearly hates the military and has disgraced his own service for political gain...why am I not surprised that this administration would consider him for SecDef...it makes me so proud!
 7. Yeah...and then the Leviathan would bite back. Shoot an elephant with a .22 and if he notices at all, it will just piss him off.
 8.
You honestly believe that a carbon tax on industry, in a nation fueled by hydrocarbon products, is the awnser?
It's a great answer if you want the U.S. to look like Haiti or Somalia. I love the potential of efficient/natural sources of energy and have been since high school (many, many years ago) but we are a long way from mass utilization...most of the "green energy" out there today provides a net loss of efficiency (i.e. uses, in total, more energy than is ultimately produced).
 9. I'm more than a little stunned that anyone is actually discussing this as a serious topic. There will be no secession and certainly not a "peaceful" one in any case. Moreover, secession would not solve any problems because the only real problem is the people/society today so unless you envision a state with no people in it, the problems will remain.
 10.
He's fighting for what he believes is right. Isn't that what we've been taught to do? It's understandable that it gets annoying when people don't shut up about things. A carbon tax for big industries is probably a good thing in the end.
BS...he's fighting for his investments.
 11. It is never a bad time to cut taxes...I believe history shows that, at least in the long term, tax cuts increase revenues; tax increases decrease them. JFK knew this and followed through with it as did Reagan.
 12. He probably needs more money.
 13. Please don't attack me as I'm sort of just thinking out loud here and I wish one or two criminal lawyers would chime in here but I can believe that a person might be advised by their attorney to plead guilty to a crime they didn't commit as being the best overall choice to pleading not guilty, going through a trial, the expense. etc. Plus, it's at least my impression that the laws surrounding "domestic violence" heavily favor the women (or at least, the one making the initial complaint) - it's a "crime" that seems to carry a heavy penalty without requiring a whole lot of evidence; I suspect as an overreaction to all the years that the problem was ignored by society. if so, then I could easily see someone who did nothing actually wrong being accused and being found/pleading "guilty" to the crime. From reading some of the posts here so far, I'm thinking some would be in favor of capital punishment for speeding or j-walking.
 14. I've never considered it an "either/or" proposition; most especially on a handgun being used for home defense, and especially night-time home defense purposed. There are times when either night sights or a weapon mounted light might be better so why limit yourself. If money is an issue, I would get the night sights first and have a good flashlight by the bedside...then get a weapon mounted light and even with a weapon mounted light I still have a tactical handheld flashlight to use with.
 15. ^^^ If they have probable cause to believe you've committed a crime then I believe they have probabl cause to search your vehicle and if they find stuff you shouldn't have then you have a problem. The law is supposed to protect us from "unreasonable" searches, not from all searches. I may be wrong but I believe park rangers have similar if not the same powers within the park(s) as any other law enforcement officers.
 16. The only real fiscal cliff is the one no one wants to deal with or even discuss and it's Trillion$ deficits for years and spending 150% of what they take in PLUS all the unfunded multi-trillion$ obligations currently looming plus worthless money that the world will no longer accept as payment. This January 1 "fiscal cliff" is a problem only because the alleged cuts and very real tax increases have been done without any real consideration for what should/needs to actually be cut.
 17. I will be there close to 6:30. I'll be in the lounge area (to the left of the entrance). I'm an old fat guy and I'll have a SigSauer range bag with me so I shouldn't be hard to spot.
 18. Thanks for posting about Fisher House...that is a great organization to support, especially since they are now in TN.
 19.
And if you don't remember, let me remind you. Harold Ford, Jr. was running against him. Corker barely won that one. Would you rather have him? He's gone to NY now, so bring him back first.
Considering many of Corker's votes I'm not entirely sure we would be significantly worse off had Ford won. The real disappointment is that we had a choice between Ford and a RINO like Corker in the first place.
 20. It's being reported on several forums that Tom Gresham tweeted...
Wounded Warriors Project just reconfirmed they don't do anything with media or companies involved with firearms. Don't need our $, I guess
In a Facebook, Thunder Ranch said...
Official: Thunder Ranch will no longer be doing any fundraising for Wounded Warrior. This due to the main reason is they will do not want support from the guns period because guns are used by our military to kill themselves. What do they save themselves with? Nerf guns? Also the fact that very little of our money is a ctually getting to the families that need them. We will find charities in the coming months to help us all give but for now all money raised with our current DVD sale will go to our Seal team family... the Reece Petersen Trust fund. Thank you as always for your support. We will continue to do the best job we can to put as much money as we can to helping our military. Clint and Heidi
I find this pretty disgusting...they can associate or not associate with anyone they wish but they seem to want the firearm's community's money but don't want to associate with them openly. If this is true, and I've found nothing so far to say it isn't, that seems pretty damn cowardly and two-faced to me. I have supported the Wounded Warrior Project with donations in the past but I won't be doing so in the future; there are plenty of other organizations supporting our veterans that need our help and support and aren't afraid of being associated with the firearms community. If anyone has any other info about this, pleas post. Thanks!
 21.
The government is REQUIRED to [s]care about[/s] receive the petitions - it's in the Constitution. Read it some time. By the way, it's SEcession, not SUCcession.
and the Constitution means so much these days.
 22.
That and pick up your damn brass when you shoot in a National Park. And don't drink. And don't smoke illegal drugs. And don't illegally kill wildlife. And generally be respectful, consciences of other people enjoying the Park. It sounds like they've had many complaints, things were getting out of hand, and they're stepping up enforcement/trying to stem the flow of stupidity. Gun owners are their own worst enemy sometimes. I would rather them tell the retards to go police their brass than shut the park down to shooting. I'm surprised they didn't do the latter.
Pretty radical exhortations there.
 23. Well gee...color me stunned. We've got people who are convicted felons (of serious crimes including violent ones) walking the streets so they can keep committing crimes but at least we are being protected from three year old's who pee in their front yard. What a great country we live in!
 24.
Why do Republicans continue to vote for this ignoramus?
Because no one better with a decent chance to win has been able to knock him off the Republican ticket....I didn't vote for him but I'm not going to vote for a liberal Democrat either. The Republican party power players are not going to abandon an incumbent candidate of their party except under some extraordinary circumstances - as long as they think Corker can win they will stick with him. That's very frustrating for those of us who want a better candidate but it's also understandable. The only way we'll get a better candidate will be if Corker retires or there is a huge groundswell of support for some one; I don't see either happening anytime soon. Corker is only part of the problem; most of the Republicans are getting ready to cave to whatever Obama wants. I also want to say I dislike the title of the thread "Corker is a tool" because I dislike unnecessary redundancy.
