  1. I don't understand why the "floaty back" is not standard on a camera that's made to be used in and around water! I hear of these things sinking all the time.
  2. That's great, but how much were they charging for that brick?
  3. Soccer needs some rule changes to appeal to the American crowd. 1. Higher scores. Do something about that. Americans want scores like, 42-28. 2. Get rid of the off-sides rule. Let these guys play wherever they want on the field. Let the offense park a guy near the goal at any time. Will help #1 above. 3. Make the goal bigger. See #1 4. Allow more contact. That will eliminate the falling down and crying to try and draw a foul. 5. Get rid of those stupid horns in the stadium!   That's all I have to say about that.
  4. If I wanted a 223 barrel, $175 sounds very reasonable with the forarm and scope mount.
  5. Sounds like the sear is not engaging the main leaf spring properly.
  6. My Bersa Thunder 380 shoots my reloads just like it would FMJ factory. And I'm using RNL that I cast.
  7. It's easy. Just follow the checklist.
  8. How to post pics on TGO.   http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/56680-faq-how-do-i-post-pictures-here/
  9. For the 226, I'd look over on Sig Forum.
  10. Just checked my .223 "Super 14". Mine has sights on it. Well, it has a front sight. The rear was gone when I got it and a scope installed. It is marked as a Thompson Center barrel.
  11. Here is some for sale in Murfreesboro. http://www.gunownersclub.com/listings/ammunition/rifle/294978.html 1)40 rounds of Win. 405 gr. soft point 2)20 rounds of Win. 300 gr. jacketed hollow point 3)12 rounds of Rem. 300 gr. semi-jacketed hollow point
  12. A friend of mine who practically lived in his pickup, had small stickers on all the windows that said, "Caution, Live Snakes". Never had a problem with anybody wanting to get in his truck.
  13. When fishing, lanyards are your best friend!
  14. Wish I had one of those to keep in the tackle box and shoot low pressure shot loads in for snakes.
  15. Glue only the over shot wad. They are not super durable with Elmers Glue. If you find another glue, they could be as durable as a factory load. Some people use hot glue on top.
  16. I load my own 38 shotshells and don't use any "capsules". Powder, cardboard overpowder wad, shot, over shot wad, elmers glue to hold in the wad, dry, shoot.
  17. I have the same gun but marked Iver Johnson. Appears identical to the TP22.
  18. 40 years ago, we used to go to Tiger Hill Fire Tower, south of town off 231. Off County Farm Rd. You can see the entire city from there.
  19. The airport! Great place to park. Or the cemetery on Greenland Dr. Nobody will bother them in the cemetery!
  20. A friend just traded for a Broomhandle Mauser in 7.63. He got some brass and dies with it so he intends to load for it. Just wondering if anybody here has a cheap source of factory ammo? He's looking to keep a box of factory ammo around with it.   Also, what bullet are you using to load for it? He has tried a cast boolit that weighs about 95 grains and it shoots ok.   And is the 7.63x?? the same as .30 Luger? Or 7.65 Parabellum? I've read the Tokerev ammo is dimensionally the same but too hot for the old Mausers.   Any insights I can pass along to him? Thanks!
  21. With the hammer cocked(empty gun!!!) see if you can push the hammer forward. If so you have a problem.
  22. No steel on the rifle range. One plate rack on the pistol range.
  23. You can do it if you only run the speed limit.
