What about using the fireproof material that they line safes with? I wouldn't use carpet. If it is bare metal, what about the truck bed liner spray?

I just got back from the show. Biggest gun show I've ever seen. Most people at a show selling stuff too. Seemed that everyone had something to sell carrying it around. One whole wall was just dedicated to individuals selling. Be sure to visit the vendor with the two caskets full of AR uppers. He also had lowers for $99. Another vendor had the CMMG AR22 conversions for $150. Tons of AR parts, lots of Garands, AK's, SKS's. I'm looking forward to the next one.

I had always heard bad things about Oly rifles, but decided to take a chance on one at a recent gun show. So far it is shooting great. Eats the steel case Wolf like candy. Drops my empty mags just fine. Seems to be just as good as my Bushmaster. YMMV

I was 13 and paid $15 for a used single shot 16 gauge Sears. Well worn, but I refinished the stock and gave it a cold blue and was very proud of it. Rabbit hunted with it for years. Still have it and my grandson/granddaughter will get it.

What's a MSAR?

RK does not require you to leave anything in your car. You just can't carry your gun loaded in the show. Just like all the other gun shows.

Check to see if your gas rings are either damaged or installed in the wrong order.

I had one. Good gun, but I sold it and bought an SKS. 1/3 the price and does the same thing. Shoots just as good. Good mags hard to find or expensive for the Mini also.

He hasn't been back. I see he is selling over on GOC now.

As much as I like my 45-70, I'd take a SKS boar hunting. You might need quick follow up shots and the SKS has plenty of penetration too.

I really wanted one until I shot one. Didn't like it.

I have a friend that lives near Woodbury that makes custom holsters. He could make you one. PM me for contact info if you are interested. He makes a lot of holsters for the local PD and Sheriff's Dept.

I had intermittent service for about two years. Kept calling Comcast and they said there was nothing wrong. I finally changed to a new modem and all my drop offs and service problems went away. I guess my old modem was just not up to the newer higher speeds that Comcast is sending down the line. No complaints now.
