  4. Will the bolt lock back manually? Have you tried not firing, but just inserting an empty mag, then pulling the bolt back? The follower of the mag should push up the bolt catch unless it is really dirty between the catch and frame. Clean and oil and try again with empty mag.
  5. The Outpost Armory is nearby. Maybe they could offer a storage option.

  11. Rest in Peace old warrior. Here is the obit. Bud Witty -- 3/12/2010 James Lytle "Bud" Witty, 85, of Woodbury died Thursday, March 11 following a short illness. He was a native of Cannon Co. Funeral services will be 2 pm Sunday in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Herb Alsup officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Sat. from 4 - 8 pm. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Pauline Alexander Witty of Woodbury and his sister, Florene Ervin of Greenbrier, Tn. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. For those wishing to do so, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mr. Witty was a veteran of the Army serving in WWII where he received 3 battle stars. He was retired from U.S. Postal Service, a member of the Church of Christ, TN. Walking Horse Assoc. & Mule Skinners Assoc. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Jake & Ollie Mai Gannon Witty; his wife, Florella Witty and his brothers Robert, Lee Arnold & Billy Gayle Witty.
