  1. I size, then tumble, and then prime. Don't worry about a small amount of dust. Just make sure the flash hole is open. If you use a progessive press, then the only practical time to tumble is after loading. Won't hurt a thing.
  2. The single stack AK's can be widened to accept double stack mags. Check on YouTube. I bet there is a how to there.
  3. Welcome from the 'Boro, Marty!
  4. I try to go to the far right of the firing line and put down a 5x8 tarp. This catches most of my brass.
  5. My Mac90 used standard mags right out of the box. No filing necessary. Maybe the mags the guy tried to use were not to spec.
  6. I've had an RCBS powder measure for years. It is all metal and very well made. You can get it with both small and large drums. Very durable and no leaks. Highly recommend if you want a manual measure.
  7. Saw a flock of about 40 of them here in Murfreesboro. In the city limits of course!
  8. Note that this one does not cover the holes in the back of the filter. I bet you would get a lot of blowback through those holes.
  9. Same her in the 'Boro. I finally got some of my channels back, but no HD channels except the local ones. Called Comcast, got a recording saying it would be fixed by midnight or so.
  10. Yes, pour it on your lawn or plants. Good fertilizer.
  11. Mine was due in June. I received the notice in Feb telling me to do it now as it is taking 90 days +. I sent it in on Feb 15 and got it today, March 16. One month. And my expiration date is still in June, 4 years from now.
  12. I use Mobil 28 grease. We used to use it on our jet and I ended up with a little bit. It's a red grease that supposedly won't freeze at high altitudes and low temps. I little goes a long way. Don't know where to buy it though.
  13. Welcome from the 'Boro!
  14. Sounds like he already called them. I'd open the inner door up and take a look. They are not that complex. May just need some lube.
  15. Here is a link to the event site.   http://www.npsexpo.com/#!
  16. Well, show us the one you just bought then.
  17. I have the mercury type in my H&R Buffalo Classic. It makes a big difference when shooting a 45-70!
  18. I've never had to trim new brass. I always resize it though before the first loading.
  19. I've always heard that it could damage a 1911 trigger/sear by doing that. At least with the target models with really light trigger pulls.
  20. T shirts here too. I found a quick way to cut one up though. I use a paper cutter. The big square board with a cleaver on the edge. It will cut through a lot of layers at one time. I store mine in old plastic mayo jars to keep the mice out.
  21. Yeah, the scammers always seem to have a price that is just a little too good to be true.
  22. Just checked GOC. Only Python left is the $3500 one.
  23. Pythons seem to be a favorite of the scammers on GOC. They take a pic off of Gunbroker or Armslist, copy the text of the ad, and place the same ad on boards all across the country. The owner of GOC takes them down as soon as they are reported.   If in doubt, take a bit of the ad and Google the words. Most time they show up word for word in several places around the country.   For fun, pm the guy and say you are interested. He will more than likely tell you to send him the money and he will mail it directly to you.
  24. Details man! Need details.
  25. Can I send one suggesting that he keep his videos shorter than half hour length? Most of the crap he puts out could be said in a 10 minute video.
