  1. Anybody here going to the Sparta Gun Show today or tomorrow? At the Fairgrounds March 1/2. I'd like to go but a little too far to drive.

Back in the 70's, a lot of Smiths had grip adapters on them, as there weren't many grip choices. I always liked the adapters. Had one on my Model 15 duty weapon. Nice collection!
  3. Charles, I have a Bushmaster flat top with fixed front sight. My Eotech is mounted on the upper and perfectly co-witnesses with the front sight. After shooting through it a few times, I never see the front sight. You become focused on the target and never see the front post. I use a folding rear sight behind the Eotech. Shoot one first and see which you like best before spending the extra money for the flip up front. Good luck with it.
  4. Sorry I missed you guys. Somebody tell the story about the Sub2000. What happened?
  5. I carry my KelTec in a Uncle Mikes pocket holster. Very secure and easy to draw from. You forget it's in your pocket after a while.
  6. Welcome from the 'Boro, Steve. CC has a really neat catalog. Just wish they had a showroom.
  7. Welcome from the 'Boro.
  8. Welcome from the 'Boro.
  9. The WASR 10 only used a single stack mag. The normal high cap mag is a double stack and the magwell is wider to accommodate it. I would stay away from the single stacks unless you are skilled in machining and can widen the magwell to take the high caps. Check out this site. http://www.akcollectors.com/Article_Detail.php?g=content1198787574
  10. I think he is referring to the WASR's that had the single stack mag, versus the normal double stack "high cap".
  11. The other question is do they serve alcohol?
  12. Thanks, Todd.
  13. I'd be interested in seeing this video. Anybody that got a free one, want to loan it out?
  14. I have an Eotech and it has worked well for me. Nearly 2 years on set of AA batteries.
  15. Welcome to TGO, recoveryman. What do you ride?
  16. Hello, Mac. Welcome from the Boro.
  17. Corporate Pilot for a local restaurant company. <<<<<< I fly a Westwind.
  18. Welcome from another Boro-ite.
  19. No question about it for me. Glock 19. It does it all.
  20. Welcome from the 'Boro!
  21. Found this online. http://www.ak-47.us/Article_Detail.php?g=content1175200065 Hope this helps.
  22. P-38 can opener?
  23. Dave, Sounds like you are selling on LSN. There are some strange folks on that board. It seems like all the gun sellers want full retail(or higher) for their guns. Good luck with the horse deal. Might trade you some goats for the horse.
  24. +1 for the Wilderness belt. Best belt I've ever owned. Very stiff vertically. Supports the holster well.
  25. Ok. Now who decides who should own a gun? Not any of us, I hope.
