Take a look at Lands End, they have some nice coats. I got a winter jacket from them last year and it is waterproof, warm and really light.

Unless I'm not understanding you, I'd say you were generalizing big time.

What would be wrong? Kind of generalizing aren't you?

Tennessee residents planning to travel or stay in Arizona should be aware that on April 23, 2010, Arizona enacted a state racial profiling law that will require police officers to demand papers proving U.S. citizenship or immigration status from any individual whom they stop, detain, or arrest, based on an undefined “reasonable suspicion†that the individual is in the country unlawfully. It invites discrimination against and pretextual stops and arrests of Latinos, other racial minorities, and individuals believed to look or sound “foreign." If individuals are unable to prove to the police officer that they are permitted to be in the United States, they may be subject to warrantless arrest without any probable cause that they have committed a crime. New legislation in Tennessee also effectively requires individuals who could be perceived as foreign-born to carry immigration documentation at all times so that they can prove they are in the country legally in case they are arrested. The Tennessee law differs from Arizona’s in that it requires an arrest before immigration status is checked. However ACLU-TN is concerned that with the passage of this legislation, law enforcement in Tennessee will be more likely to arrest an individual for a minor infraction, rather than to issue a citation, in order to trigger an immigration investigation. The Tennessee law goes into effect January 1, 2011. This is simply a copy of federal law. By law I am required to carry my Permanant Resident Card with me at all times, so nothing new has been added and it certainly isn't some kind of discrimination.

Unless it's changed in the last couple of years, you couldn't get a DL without showing citizenship or permanant residence. Before I got my green card (was on a work visa) I was issued a driving certificate that couldn't be used as ID, only for driving.
-
You could ask to see a drivers license, since you have to be a citizen or permanant resident to get one. If he has one, chances are he can own a handgun. If he doesn't have a DL, walk away.

That thread is in the ready room and I believe you have to be a benefactor to access it.

Israel Raids Activist Flotilla Attempting to Run Blockade

What facts are you presenting? Only the ones on that biased site which do not tell a story by itself. I don't think the US gives military aid to terrorists so it's not surprising then that the Palestinians don't get any. And as for all of the number of deaths statistics, during WW2, Germany had between 6 to 8 million deaths while the US had just over 400,000 and Britain had around half a million. So by your logic, Germany was the victim of that evil war since they had more losses. -

Ah, crap...really wish you were closer to Nashville. My daughter is playing with her Thomas the train as I type this.

'Or' would mean one or the other, 'And' means it needs to meet both criteria. So in this case it would be a defense if it was a curio, ornament or keepsake and if it is one of the first 5, it also needs to be inoperable. If all on the list needed to be inoperable, then it wouldn't have added the part about the first 5.
-
Actually it says that those weapons found in subsections 1-5 cannot be functional. Switchblades are number 7 on the list so the non-functioning part doesn't apply.
-
I believe that is incorrect. Any shots within the black area count.

But loaning is different than going to the range with a buddy and firing his NFA item with him standing there next to you. My understanding was that if the owner was right there with you, you could use the item, but you could not borrow the item to use by yourself.
-
I thought that others could use the items as long as the owner was there with them.

You could also check eBay and go with a little older version for a lot less money and then spend the saving on a good lens. I picked up a Canon 20D for around $350 (with the kit lens) and for a beginner DSLR camera is a good deal.

This is what I've done. I started with a stripped lower, added the lower parts kit then the stock. I'm waiting to save enough for a complete upper (almost there, most likely after Christmas). Plus it was a lot of fun and educational assembling the pieces yourself.

There is also Columbia State Community College in Franklin. Don't know what they have for courses but you could look them up online.

If the op is talking about the 2 strip malls behind Applebees (one has the post office, the other one has Micheal's) then I couldn't find anything called Lock and Load when I was out there for lunch.

Cote de Pablo (Ziva) is only 29, I wouldn't exactly call that middle age. But yeah, she does look good.
