  1. Speeding is not the problem, wreckless driving is.
  2. As long as it was supersonic at 1K and of sufficient accuracy, I don't see why it would be a problem. I've thought about a 6.5 Grendel or 264 LBC with a 123 gr Lapua. I'd get a good brass deflector. If someone doesn't like it they are more than welcome to buy you the gun they want you to shoot. Paint it pink with purple polka dots and fire for effect.
  3. Do you have a HCP?
  4. I've been shooting in the 450s, but I'm getting more comfortable.
  5. I had the same problem 10 years age. I couldn’t sit right in truck to drive home. The pain would pulsate and came and went at times. I waited way too long to see the Doc. When I did he laughed at me and gave me a stout antibiotic. Apparently you can force bacteria down into your testical and an infection will ensue. I had a tender knot at the bottom of one and I’ll be honest…. SCARED THE S**T OUT OF ME. It did take two rounds of antibiotics to clear up.
  6. I've been working on subsonic loads for the Ti-Rant. Groups on backyard steel are great so far. The stamp should be back in a month. As long as the harmonics don't get screwed up by the extra weight this gun may be as fun as my suppressed MKII.
  7. Outstanding in the XDM I just worked over. 1000 psi less muzzle pressure than most comparable loads.
  8. I've been though P90X twice and Insanity once. Insanity cuts weight faster, but a beginner will not be able to do it. P90X lean is what you want to do and if you only get 20% of it done every day you'll be felling better. I gained about 7 lbs on P90X Classic. It's a very well rounded program.
  9. Not necessarily. I have NFA in the safe and by law she can not have access to them when I'm not around.
  10. I know someone that can make a barrel or a complete upper for you and have it out quick.
  11. Are they plated or jacketed?
  12. Little over 21lbs
  13. Well I just did a trigger job on my XDM and the threaded barrel came today. My form 4 should be back in a month. I have 500 cases primed and I need a good cheap 147 HP.
  14. How much are the 147s and where are they?
  15. I've been watching this bird for a few days. It never would cross my neighbor's fence. Yesterday it folowed some hens 40 yards on to my place and BOOM. My neighbor was pissed. He's the kind of guy that finds out where you hunt and tries to run off game in your area. He came out to the edge of his property and got on the cell phone as I tagged the bird in on line. My wife smiled and waved. He stomped off in discust. I'm positive he called the game warden. I want a copy of the conversation so bad. DB: My neighborr just shot a turkey! GW: It's turkey season. DB: But it was next to my property! GW: Was he within 100 yds of your house? DB: NO. GW: Was he on his property? DB: Yes GW: What do you want us to do? DB: Stop the deer and turkey from walking on his property.
  16. Quickload. http://www.6mmbr.com/quickload.html
  17. There's one at Ted's in Columbia.
  18. I don't know if I will video the match or not. I do know that my gunsmith came though and the 308 will be in the safe on the 7th. The 6.5 Redding however will not.
  19. There's no way to see a bullet holes @ 1000 yds on a black target. The scoring disk is white and 3 inches in diamater. I can see it easily with my 14 power rifle scope. With my 42 power Nightforce I can see everything. I need a spotting scope for scoring duty.
  20. XDs have weak strikers compared to 1911s. Mine runs about 40% on military primers and 100% on normal primers.
  21. What do you use at 1000 yards? I've heard everything from $75 ebay scopes to $2000 scopes. I just want to score F-class. I would rather have a clear 30 power than a milky 60 power, as long as I can see the scoring disk clearly. I would rather spend no more than $350 to $450.
