There are a bunch of machine guns I would let my 10 year old shoot. A mini uzi is not one of them. I never fired one, but everyone I know that has says that they are near impossible to control.

I load Speer 75 gr bullet with 12.5 gr of aa1680. I love the gun. It's not very loud and quite accurate. I've killed two coyotes with it. One at about 75 yards and one at 125 ish. You could kill deer with proper shot placement. I've killed deer with smaller case, but I've never deer hunted with the 25-20.

I have a Savage model 23 chambered in 25-20.

I don't know. I've never had any problems shipping guns or NFA to a FFL out of state. UPS even called once and asked if it was okay to leave NFA toys in my truck that was parked outside. Remington shipped a rifle directly back to me. Doesn't seem like rocket science to me, but your UPS hub may be lacking.
