As it collects copper, groups will go to hell. You would need heavy copper killer and bore paste to get it out. After that a good fire lapping will solve the problem. Check out the bore. Had the same issue with 2 guns.

Get a hand press. Start the bullet with your bench press than put the case in the hand press. Turn the hand press upside down and seat the bullet. This is assuming the powder is below the neck and somewhere in the shoulder.
