  1. Cops didn't have a crime that justified an arrest???
  2. Anti-anxiety medication is a mind altering drug. Seems like everyone is on that stuff at work except me and the new guys.
  3. Here comes excited delirium aka taser syndrome.
  4. https://www.atf.gov/distribution-center-order-form
  5. I get fingerprint ink off of Amazon. The atf will send you cards if you request them from their website. Some dealers will give you cards. If you order them, get 10 or so. They are free and you'll mess one up.
  6. The fingerprints are the hardest part and just started doing them myself. Much easier and quicker.
  7. They sell 16" ar 15 barrels everywhere. I'm fine with everyone violating, but if someone is worried change out the barrel. You could also pin and weld the original barrel. You can always change it back when it gets overturned.
  8. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/qa/can-i-lawfully-make-pistol-rifle-without-registering-firearm Let's not forget this little ATF rule that gets you around it until the brace thing gets overturned.
  9. Giving the stock to a friend that has a SBR stamp or someone who doesn't have a firearm that the stock will fit on is a method SBR guys have used for years.
  10. Taking the brace off and getting rid of it fixes that.
  11. If it's ir lasers with nightvision, I'm in..
  12. It's usually after membership is renewed. They have a set number of people that they allow in. If 200 people don't pay their dues, 200 new members are allowed in.
  13. I have a love hate relationship with ar stocks. I can't tell you how many times I've had my beard pulled out in the middle of the night.
  14. It's not required to get a police signature anymore. They are just filing your fingerprints. My last form was 14 days. That's about 4 calendar days after they received my cards.
  15. The company's that sell the magnets say it can't happen. Or the ones i looked at. That's a huge problem for me. Gun metal is somehow magically different than all other metal
  16. It depends. Most people think the law is black and white. In reality it's shades of gray and green.
  17. The way it's supposed to work is that no state LEO will enforce the federal law regarding SBRs. They will not notify the feds either. I did say supposed to work. If the atf catches you, you'll be prosecuted. It's no different than the pot laws. It's against federal law to smoke pot in Colorado. The feds just don't prosecute anyone. If they go after anyone in Tennessee for a none registered SBR, they should be forced to arrest everyone it the US that uses pot in the (legal) states or federally legalize pot. They passed a law a few years ago that you could make a machinegun in Tennessee as long as all the parts were made in Tennessee. No one is brave enough for that lawsuit yet.
  18. They will loose track of them anyway. What would stop me from removing the brace from my pistol and installing it on my SBR. Both would be in compliance. I could just put it in the closet.
  19. I'm at 1900 and something. It's how much money I've had to send in to keep from getting the band hammer.
  20. Hope I have a guy that likes Mexican restaurants walking by.
  21. I'm actually venting into a homemade heating apparatus this winter. I do keep a check on the humidity. It gets the house pretty hot though. May give you some time to get an outside vintage put in.

  23. I sometimes feel like I'm the only one that believes crazy freak liberals and extreme right conservatives should both be able to own machineguns so that they may defend themselves. I've had a few tonight, so there may be one other person. LOL
  24. ⁹The biggest problem with 5.56 is the bs about the ammunition. The 7.62x39 has more diameter so in fmj form, it will preform better than the 5.56. If you run modern expanding ammunition, the 5.56 is better. As far as 7.62x39 vs 300 blackout goes.......a 125 gr .308 bullet going 2350 vs a 123 gr.311 bullet goes 2350 is the same thing in my book. The 308 bullets are much better as far as technology is concerned. Stop thinking military. The 5.56 is fantastic if you can shoot. E=(W*V2)/(14000*gc). I can't tell you how many things I've killed with a 5.56, but it's staggering. I've killed things from 10lbs up to 300 lbs and every thing in between. Good ammunition is everything.
