On a regular SBR, you can have the gun removed from the registry if it's returned to its original configuration. This is assuming it wasn't purchased on a form 4. For the guys that file for the stamp, I see no reason this couldn't happen if it gets overturned. I am not telling anyone that they should or shouldn't stamp their gun. I stamped a boltaction pistol just before this all went down. Kinda wish I hadn't. LOL

I know of a guy that was importing illegal machineguns and suppressors from several countries. He got clipped in a traffic stop a ended up with 8 months. Not that in makes it better. He's still a felon and spend 8 months in prison, but I highly doubt anyone's getting 10 years and a $250,000 fine over a pistol brace.

You can take a picture of your form 1s and keep them on your phone. I have a nfa file for them on my phone. As long as you're in a nfa friendly state, no one cares about the "temporary move" paperwork. In all the years of owning nfa, I've never been asked for a form. Not once.

I've seen people get an azz whipping like this and live, but looks can be deceiving. All it takes is one hit in the wrong spot and you're done. If they were gang bangers, people wouldn't bat an eye. It's the fact that it's police that makes it disturbing. There are way worse videos in the world, but killing the person/people is the whole point. This is America and we are above all of that. This is a similar case, but the guy lives. He was repeatedly kicked in the head after cops were shooting random people with rubber bullets from an unmarked van. A problem occurred when they encountered an armed citizen that defended himself against a threat that was firing at him and had already scored one hit. When you take a round, you don't always know what happened or that you were shot. The guy probably had no idea it was a rubber bullet. Only that people are shooting and he caught one. This s'%t makes it hard for every single police officer out there. If they report something, I'm sure it will be equally hard for them.

Even better. Get rid of all of it. The 4473 would give the libs a reason to live so I thought I'd give them a bone.

The kidnapping charge is what's got me. It leads you to believe that they didn't have cause for a stop or arrest. I want to watch the video before I judge anyone's actions. This is no different, however everyone that believes its okay to hurt random people because of this are as bad as the people that committed the original crime.
