I am 6'3 and about 200 lbs and I carry a full size taurus pt1911 in a galco IWB holster on the back of my right side hip and have no problem hiding it. unless I have a tighter t shirt on thats the only time you can see the "bump"

Called j&t They offered to ship me another bolt for free or I could upgrade to the LMT bolt and pay 50.00 bucks and they would cover the rest and ship it to me. I do not see any reason not to pay the 50 and get the better bolt.

I think I am going to go with the ITS Super bolt It seems to be built very well. I.T.S. 7.62x39 9310 alloy superbolt My only worry is that with the prongs being thicker will it fit my current set up? I guess I could email them or call and ask. Thank you everyone for the help.

Thank you got the link... thats about spot on for my issues I am having bad primer strikes to so thats both of my issues with my rifle... I only have to primer issues with wolf I shot remington ammo and it was great no problem at all. I think I will look into trying to find a bolt setup like the one on the post.

No I do not think they do. I believe they make the 7.62x39 bolt for the rifle.

I was shooting some wolf I had from the last time at the range...... I will never buy that stuff again. The round never fired the bolt broke and got stuck I had to pick the broken piece out of the gun after I cleared the unfired round. And it's not a 5.56 it's a 7.62X39 upper. Nothing else was damaged just the bolt. The Gun has maybe 300 rounds through it

So the other night at the range I had a little issue with my rifle..... The front of my bolt broke off..... I will be calling customer service in the morning.... anyone ever heard of ammo doing this?

I agree it's your life you are protecting. I trust my taurus to protect me and my wife's life if the situation ever arises. I understand that most people will never agree on guns.... I am not the biggest glock fan, yes they are great guns just not for me, unless it's the 10mm for some reason I am infatuated with that weapon. I would rather spend my money on a taurus or and XD... or another assault rifle.... for my zombie plan!

So I took the thing apart and there are no markings under the barrel telling me were it was made.... I had a friend of mine who is into civil war reenactments come over and look at it with me as we took it apart and he thinks it's a reproduction he says it's just way to nice to be an original which I believe. It's still a nice piece no mater what.

I would pick the taurus.... I carried a PT140 for over a year and had over 1000 rounds down the pipe with not a single problem... no jams, stove pipes, or failure to loads it was a great gun. I carry the taurus 1911 now and have never had an issue out of it, it is one of the best shooters I have ever took to the range. I will be picking up a 845 soon and making that my daily carry. I have shot glocks and I really do not like the way they handle. Plus you can't argue with the price of a taurus. Glocks are over priced... pay for the name if you want.

My dad just gave me a 1861 sam colt musket that is in great shape. I am trying to find out if it's authentic or a reproduction. I can post pictures I just thought I would ask here first if anyone could help me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

yep, I just picked it up the other day for Xbox. bad company 2 and modern 2. It took me a few games to get the feel for bad company after so many hours of modern. but it's a good game.

I don't know If this has been already said but joes in Nashville is posted no handguns So I sit here waiting for my food with my gun in the trunk of the car........ Last time I eat at joes!

My companies policy is no firearms on the property.... which means nothing left in your car which is still 100 yards away from the building. Not only am I not supposed to have them on me or in my car while at work but they list in the corporate handbook that we can not even bring them onto property while off the clock even if shopping ! I will say I may or may not have broke that rule once or twice..... or everyday.

I will take one launcher with a set of Mjolnir armor with it. Is that possible?
