  1. Miserable weather to fish in. I have been fishing the Gallatin steam plant this winter in the Yak and it has sucked a few times. What amazes me is the bags the guys still catch. They have not been monster bags but 15-20 pounds is very nice in any weather let alone those conditions. I would like to know what I could do on that lake in those conditions.
  2. I have never understood the purse thing.
  3. I got the email too. Sounds like they are just saying the same thing. If you use it strapped to your wrist it's legit. I'm thinking I will turn mine into a SBR here soon.
  4. That is sexy.
  5.   Haha! But seriously, your telling me that Terry T has a camp down the road from my house is shelbyville??? Are they positive they are not just confusing Mexicans for MIddle eastern folk.
  6. That is awesome, I like the tile at the bottom being exposed with no snow.
  7. Does anyone actually know why people do panic purchase bread and milk? I picked up a bottle of vodka today just to be on the safe side.
  8.  Check with  TRH, Tennessee rural health. You can go by a farm bureau office or check them out on line. We still use them even with my company now offering insurance. Before the ACA went into effect my monthly payment was 240.00, wife and kid, Now it's 360. 00. It's a PPO with a 25 dollar co pay, 200 for ER and 80/20 with a 1500 deductible ( that went up after the ACA too) Because of the way the organization is structured and the fact that they still put riders on insurance policies you will have to pay the penalty when the gubment figures everything out. I just finished my taxes and the insurance question just ask if you have it and where you got it, not if it qualifies. It might be pretty cheap for a young single guy.
  9.   I think you might be asking for alot......
  10.     Oh yeah, they have gone up but my first thought it for 500 I can get an AK. I'm not paying that for a " custom " camo paint job SKS :)
  11.     I'm stealing this also. I was at the fishing expo last weekend and as I was leaving I walked past a guy that had a SKS (gun show same day)  camo'd out with a sign that said for sale $500.00. I got a good laugh out of that.

  13. Don't eat squirrel either, I hear they are high in cholersterol.
  14. He is a waist of space, along with his wife.
  15.   Well, yes with that route it is. I wish I had enough deer to make it through the year. Fish, I got. I am going try and  do some more turkey hunting and deer hunting this year. Land is my struggle unless I want to drive over a hour.
  16.       It's not really more expensive. Tonight I had a pork chop with dry rub, Squash and zucchini sautéed in butter and garlic. I will have enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow and dinner along with another chop for this weekend. 3.38 for 4 pork chops, few bucks for garlic, squash and zucchini.
  17. Congratulations! I know it can be tough, especially with no exercise. Eating fresh and cutting carbs will do wonders and Caffeine is actually good for weight loss because it's a stimulant. Keep going at it! I started two weeks ago, I need to lose 15 pounds. Good luck with everything.
  18. Hipower you are correct. I think most people over look how many people in the country are dependtant on Modern meds that either keep them alive or funtioning as a person. I also think Most people don't realize how what a minor accident now could be a life threatening one if somehting like the fall of society were to happen. One second after has been one of my favorites to read, I also enjoyed the 299 days series.
  19. One second after was a good read.
  20. This year will be the first in 5 years My wife and I will get a return and thats thanks to the child tax credit.... which went down by 500 bucks this year :( I always had to ask myself  every year I sent the Gubment my tax money is do I think I got my money's worth, the answer was usually no. I do beleive that everyone should pay something in taxes.
  21.   Damn, just about spot on. Season two was fine with me. After that I think it all went down hill with a few exceptions like you said ,
  22.   Well yeah! My wife went with me to the fishing expo, she saved me from spending hundreds of dollars. I only spent about $50. They had Skeet reese and HALO rods 2 for $100 and deals on reels if you purchased rods.
  23. I was there saturday after the fishing expo and they had about 40 left in the bin, they looked nice.
  24.   At least they showed someone missing a headshot for once!
