  I'm on chapter 10 and the characters are still the same and it's still set in the mountains. So far, so good. 

    Like I said before, it went bang every time I pulled the trigger. My friend was so impressed with the size and how reliable it was he got two of them. I have been really thinking about getting a PMR-30 for my wife. I think she would like shooting it. 

    It's amazing how far the prices have fallen. You almost feel bad for the guys who spent 1000+ on basic AR's a couple years ago. 

  Damn, Mine was terrible. I could hit a target at 10 yards but not accurately.  I remember shooting one day and I could not hit a bowling pin at maybe 8-10 yards to save my life with the pf-9. I got mad, pulled out my 1911 and put 11 rounds into the pin with no problem. I still liked the PF-9 and one day might get another .

    Not really, could not hit the broad side of the barn unless the muzzle was touching it. Still up close and personal, I would take it. 

I get the blast all the time.... Must fight the urge to build another AR...... I want a Glock 21. 

One year after comes out tomorrow. I had a credit from Audible Audiobooks for signing up with them last week and just set up the download for tomorrow. 

Can you still find an AK-74? 

I had one a few years back. It's a nice little pistol to throw in a pocket and carry. Decent capacity for a small nine and went bang every time I pulled the trigger. Accuracy was terrible but you would not be using it to shoot IDPA. I miss it, it was stolen out of my truck.     EDIT: Forgot to mention, pain in the A$$ to shoot. Very rough on you.

Bersa, you actually have a short nose, long nose, Gator gar along with a spotted gar.  I used to partiipate on this site when I fished for gar all the time. I've only done it once in the last two years or so.  I caught a small Gator on a frog last summer on Guntersville, I was amazed.   http://www.garfishing.com/garhow.html

Makes more sense, Alligator gar are few and far between. Wish they were plentiful becuase they can grow to be monsters. I love catching long nose in a little river here in Murfreesboro. Hell of a fight and they jump as well as smallmouth, Smell like Ass and cat food though.

    Really... does it say all Gar or just alligator? 

    Should still be deeper on the ledges/points. You might find some up in the creeks chasing bait.

Big shad are usually the trick. I know a guy who has been killing it on OH this summer. He' fishing 30-40' about 20' down with big live shad. I got into the Hybrids Sunday morning on JPP, caught a few small striper too. Fun morning in the yak.

I carried a 1911 for years. I wanted to get another one but after shooting the Glock today I think I would rather have it. I like that 41 too. 

What is the reasoning behind not putting it in a carry weapon, Just the light trigger pull? I was looking at putting the Apex competition spring in my M&P

Welcome, I used to spend a lot of time in Guntersville and Scottsboro. My Company has an office in Huntsville, like the area. 

  Shot a Glock 21 Gen 4 for the first time today, LOVED IT! I'm currently shopping for my own.
