All this talk about rate increases got me looking into new plans incase mine does go up..... It's scary how much more money I would have to spend to get less coverage than my family has now. It's really scary how expensive it could get. I hope that our next president actually does something to correct what BHO started.... That's also hoping a conservative wins the election. 

Cheaters! I actually smoked a butt yesterday. I have a 50/50 with a smoke box. It's ok but not as good as the weber's. I really want a new weber.

I did not got a letter but if your insurance is just now going up you have done well. Mine is up 160 bucks a month from two years ago.

Hey guys. I have wanted one for a long time now and I think I saw that GunsNmore had one for sale so I thought I would check and see if anyone has had any experience with the newer generation of them. I know the first Gen had issues but it seems that keltec has got the bugs worked out. I watched Fitty's videos and many more online but thought I would ask here for first hand reviews. 

I have been the Rage quit guy a couple times on the lake. I broke a big fish off last spring on Guntersville at the boat. Just about snapped the rod and thew it in the lake. I calmed down and managed. 

Those are great! Seems to me that he does not take him self to seriously.

A set of matching No. 8 tackle blackout rods. Probably order 10 or so..... and a Glock 21 Gen 4 :) 

I will admit that up until late last year i never really trained. I would go shoot at a piece of paper and make sure I could hit it. Now I actually work on what I guess you could say is fighting with my weapons. Transitioning between multiple targets, Moving and shooting, engaging at close distance with one had while drawing and firing while backing away. Working on transitioning from my Rifle to pistol and back to rifle. I don't get to do it but maybe once a month or two but it's nice to know I can handle a weapon more effectively now. I have one friend that trains with me like this and I am slowly getting one of my paper punchers to transition into our training too.

    i'm not a huge Fate Sanders fan but I have started fishing out of it more this year. If I fish at night when I walk to my truck I have the pistol in my hand, it's holstered but still in my hand. i never make it to 7 points so I can't speak on that. I know when I pull up to a ramp in my bass boat I have my headlights on, in the kayak I scan it with a flashlight. 

I know for Rutherford County I use the Rutherford County GIS search. It's a map that's similiar to this. Shows who owns the land and size along with property lines. I need to mail some letters and see if I can get onto some property.

  I use my Elite 5 or Elite 7 on my Yak. I was fishing out of a friends boat who runs a HDS 9 Gen 3 on Saturday. I'm going to be buying one sooner than later i think. I'm trying to figure out the cheapest way to be able to use it on both my yak and bass boat.

I hate to hear this. I stopped fishing that ramp 10 years or so ago. I usually fish out of fate sanders or stewart creek ramp. When I am walking to my truck I make sure to scan the area both day and night. At night I have a 500 Lumen flashlight that will light up the parking lot pretty well.  I am with you Mac. I usually fish out of my Yak in some of the smaller rivers but they can be sketchy too. I had friends fishing around the 840 bridge when this happened, they heard it and then the sirens later. Terrible thing to happen to someone.

Fished JPP today. Started for bass and ended catching crappie. Caught one small spot and that was it. Switched to crappie and finally found some brush holding them. Caught 5 keepers and probably about the same in shorts. I also lost 4 and missed a ton, lots of pecks and short strikes. Might have been due to the cold front. If you have never used side/down scan it's amazing, cuts down on a lot of waisted time fishing fruitless waters. 

    You got any fishing video games ???   I'm Kidding. I'm going tomorrow to Priest and plan on looking for bass and hybrid. If you have a location that has been producing fish check your navionics and look for the first break line dropping into deeper water. Sometimes all fish do is slide out to that and wait the cold front out. It might not me drastic. A couple years ago we were on Guntersville and a cold front moved through. We backed out to the first break. It went from 5'-7' and thats all it took. We caught 30+ fish on a cold windy ( 15+ MPH) day. Shakey heads and jerk baits.
