I got my letter from my insurance provider last week. We are getting about a 15% increase starting January. Still cheap compared to what some of you guys have posted but sucks to see if keep going up. Affordable Care Act...................

DOLO that's what I have always heard. I like the .308 round but would probably go FAL style rifle over the AR platform.

Damn, glad all is well. Had a friend get kidnapped in central america years ago. They dumped him and his partner blind folded in the desert after driving them around. Scary stuff.

And that's why I pay Tireworld 28 bucks to change my oil. When I had my Tacoma I changed it once.... took hours to do it because of the skid plates. I said never again. Glad you are OK

Hell in a handbag... right?

Wow. I'm away for 9 hours and he gets booted. Sad I missed it in real time. I've been stuck at training for work in Nashville and it was a good long read to catch up tonight.

Depending on cost I would love to attend. Rifle/Pistol, Sold the shotgun last year.

I like to drink cold beer and shoot the S too. Alcohol, tobacco and firearms sound like a hell of a get together. :usa: I've never ran group tactics other than me and my friend. I enjoy it but would want to keep it pretty low speed high drag at first. Don't need to test the bullet proofness of my vest just yet.

Is it time to start running group training days for us guys around Nashville?

That was the first time I have watched the video and Rousey just got dismantled. I don't keep up with UFC much but have seen the videos of her whup up on everyone so far. What I don't get is if you are Rousey's trainer how do you let her come out after the 1ST round and still box toe to toe with the other girl. Rousey should have rushed her and got it into a grappling match on the mat.

I carry the full size M&P 9 and two spare mags along with the AR pistol in the truck with 6 loaded mags in my vest.

We did but it was not enough to wake up the county. It will need to be something like 9-11. I hate to say it but that's what it will take, I think.

No offense taken. My wife is naive and refuses to recognize what is going on. I know this sounds bad and don't everyone jump on the religion train but my wife believes Jesus would come back and save us before he would let all hell break loose. I've tried to talk with her but she thinks I'm paranoid. I hope this wakes Europe up and they decide to fight back and stop caving to the Muslim agenda. I just hope that it does not take an attack like this on U.S. soil for us to wake up.

One news agency said was that the captured terrorist claimed ISIS..... take that with a grain of salt. I just got home and turned on the news, after about 5 minutes the wife asked that I change it because it's depressing. After I told her she is watching the future unfold she said she worries about me and changed the channel. It's only a matter of time before it spreads to our shores.

CZ I agree with you on a lot of those things. If you are living at home, going to school and working part time good for you. Unfortounatly both our brothers are not doing that. My wife's brother graduated from Virginia Tech and said he could not find a job so he got " depressed " and decided to sit at home and watch anime and play computer games. He went back to school so he could be a nurse or something. He just started his first big boy job like two weeks ago. My brother works in the restaurant business and still lives with me mom, he's a bum. I have worked since I was a senior in high school and agree that kids don't grow up anymore and are babied throughout high school and college. I think from my stand point i grew up pretty poor. My mom raised two kids making very little money, my dad did pay child support but he did not make much money either. We used some government assistance but never stayed on it over a long period of time. My grandparents however set the bar for me. My grandfather was successful and very smart with his money so I guess I got to see both ends of the spectrum and decided that I would work to be more than what my parents were. Life was rough growing up but it made me a better person. Comms don't rain on your friends parades. If they want to follow their dreams and become rappers more power to them :) Let us know when they drop their album.

Good! It does seem to start with the 25 and under crowd. I don't think kids grow up anymore. No shame in living with their parents and using them as a means to get by. My wife has two siblings, 26 and 21 that live at home. Her brother, 26 just got his first ever real job. My brother is the same way, 26 and lives at home. I worked 45 hours a week and went to night classes for college, paid cash for school and moved out of my parents house at 20. People in general need to realize that life's not fair and suck it up and deal with it, especially the younger college age pansies.

Guys, I'm 31 and don't understand how far the youth have fallen off after me. I don't understand the way these people think. I'm sorry. I hope people start standing up to the mobs.

Is something in the air?

Good lord! I think getting out of your vehicle is a very dumb move. Shooting someone like that is stupid too. -
Recommend a tree to plant in my front yard
felinesNfreedom replied to musicman's topic in General Chat
Man, I planted one before the Crape Myrtle and it died two years after planted. It got to be 8' tall and said I'm done! The Myrtle took it's place. -
Hell, if I can adjust for that kind of drop I can just shoot them in the head with it :) I had a friend I took deer hunting a few years ago that got frustrated that he had not seen a deer in a few trips and ended up shooting a squirrel with a 270. Removed the front leg and gutted it all in one shot :)

I planted a Redbud, two Pin oaks and a Cleveland pear two years ago. Got a great deal on 5 20' trees for around 100 bucks then. This year I planed a Crape Myrtle up front where the driveway meets the sidewalk. I like trees, big trees.
