Oh yeah, sonar had come a long way. I've fished with the lowrance elite 7 and 5 for the last few years and this year jumped into the humminbird helix 7 SI model when tackle warehouse had them for 550.00 for Black Friday. I prefer lowrance but for the price it was hard to beat. I love verticals jigging and watching the fish Come hit the lure. If you do anything like that I recommend the rapala jigging raps, fantastic! I found a small mound at an apartment complex my wife and I lived in after we got married and proceeded to use light fluid and hot coals every time o grilled to piss them off. I eventually killed them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I got out to rabbit hunt this fall and noticed mound after mound of fire ant hills in the fields we hunt. After not shooting any rabbits I decided to shoot fire ant mounds.

Is there a new 10mm Hipoint? I might be interested in it if it comes in the carbine form :) 

  Dale hollow is amazing. I have fished it like 4 times. The first time I went I took rods with 8 pound because I did not trust anything lighter than that. I fished all day and caught like 2 fish. Pulled up to my friends expecting the same and I found out they killed it, something like 22 that day. After talking with them I found out they were fishing with 4lb line. I picked up a spare rod they had and I am not joking the next section of bank I fished I caught 3 fish. I now fish with both  2lb and 4lb and have even surprised my self with some of the fish I have caught on such light line. 

    That's how we usually fish Dale Hollow in the winter. I usually throw 4Lb fluorocarbon line. 

        I have seen one bobcat while hunting and that was a couple years ago, Very Pretty cat. I watched it for a good 20 minutes before having to wave my arms around to scare it off. Just about everyone asked if I shot it....... I don't get it either. My wife would be pissed if I shot something without the intent of eating it. I will say that if I am hunting my friends farm land I will shoot coyotes because they try and kill his calfs. He has asked us to do that. 

I think I am going back to Tim's on Sunday. I am stuck in Illinois all week. I am hoping the water has cleared up by then. How did you guys catch them? I would think with all the warm weather the fish still have to be stuck in a late fall pattern.

<<<<<<<<<<< This guy! My Jig manufacture is moving back to New Orleans so I might be looking for another one so I don't have to actually pay full price, taxes, shipping and all that BS.

They have a county fishing license if that's all you want to do. I usually buy the sportsman's license. I'm getting my two year old his lifetime this year. 

I have no problem paying for the license. It's pays for fish I catch and eat that are stocked in lakes and rivers. It also covers paying for wardens and other programs to control populations of animals on land and under the water. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I probably will not hit on all you questions but I ran Lucas red N tacky on the AK and 1911 with no issues. When I finished the AR build I started using the Lucas gun oil. It's says oil but it's still really tacky and sticks to every part you put it on. I tend to run all my weapons a little "wet" I think and metal on metal should have plenty of lube. I've used remoil and clp but I really like the Lucas products. If you ever want to try it let me know. We are both in the Boro and I owe you money for FF. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would buy, not build. They are tougher than AR's. I have a milled Bulgarian AK that I love other than the fact you can't easily ( Cheap) swap out stocks. I wan't a stamped DDI AK at some point. After the new AR build is done and the Glock 21 is purchased I think I will go DDI AK-74. 

Not this guy.... not even cash to throw at a new one!

  I'm not sure. That is the 3rd time I have actually ever fished Tim's. I put in at the bridge on Awalt road and fished around that area. I caught a bunch of whites too. 

    I think it's worth the extra 20 bucks to get the Nickle-Boron. AIM had theirs for 99.99. 

It's safe, I am going to bed. The office is supposed to be closed tomorrow but with the weather I bet we work. 

    So far.... I'm in Christiana. They way things look we are in for the later storms. 

That was for north Murfreesboro. The storms blew through medical center area and walterhill. If it was not a tornado I would be amazed. 

    From what I see I think you guys are pretty good. It's the Mid state and south east area that's supposed to get rocked.
