  1. Well, I was. I was in the 160th SOAR. I got out and now I am in the ANG. I am currently working on C-130's as an E&E guy. But, I might be going back active army and back to the 160th soon. I just can't seem to make up my mind:screwy: haha

  6. I'm tired of arguing about politics, the state of the economy, religion, ect... So I figured here are some things that most of us agree on. 1. Guns are good 2. Dogs are good 3. Mototrized vehicles are good. Since there are already tons of photos of guns on here, and since my truck sucks, here are some photos of my dog! This is Ruger, that was his name when I got him. He is roughly two and a half years old. He weighs about one hundred lbs. <--He does this a lot He is a big softy that usually scares the crap out of people because of his size. He is very friendly, unless you try to harm someone he likes... Now all of you other dog owners, time to show off your best friend!
  7. Reminds me of a guy in my old unit. He is getting kicked out so he decides to sell his body armor to a pawn shop right outside the gate. Of course the owner calls CID as soon as he leaves and gives them all his info. They showed up the next day and hauled him off in handcuffs. Some peoples kids...
  8. I'm sure this is probably a repost, but for those who haven't seen it, enjoy! [ame] [/ame]
  9. We shipped most of them from this area out of my base here in Nashville Saturday. I got "lucky" enough to supervise them while they were waiting to board the planes. I can count the number of "decent" ones on one hand. Here are just a few of the horror stories I have heard. Keep in mind i did not experience these first hand so take this with a grain of salt. First - As the planes were landing on the airfield and the evacuees were leaving the airplane one of them decided he needed a smoke. So he tried to light up standing right next to the fuel truck that was refueling the airplane. When told that he couldn't do that he got an attitude and said they he could do as he damn well pleased. He was polity told that if he lit up he would end up in the back of one of the patrol cars that were there to greet them. He waited for his smoke. Second - As they were leaving one of the civilian airplanes one of the evacuees decided it would be funny to relieve himself on the seat. Not number one mind you, but a big ol' number two. The airline had to replace the seat at their own cost. Three - They were housing a large percentage of the local evacuees in a brand new civic center on a local college. Before the evacuees went home they decided to leave behind a little parting gift, they keyed all of the brand new lockers. I hate to sound cold-hearted, but I say let them drown next time.
  10. It's a fairly common belief that if you carry your magazine at less then full capacity (ex: 8 in 10 rnd mag) that the spring won't wear out as fast.
  11. FYI parts of the Army are already using the FN SCAR. (Special Forces)
  12. Dang, I didn't see that coming. To be honest the whole time I was reading it I was thinking it was just another feel-good story someone made up.

Meh, just shoot him. Problem solved.
  15. I made an enchilada casserole with some refried beans on the side. Topped the casserole with some shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and sour cream. Topped the beans with some fresh shredded cheese. All I was missing was a nice cold tecate! MMmmmmm...
  16. Meh, maybe ten years ago. They need to find a new girl.
  17. Welcome, and congrats on getting out of the PRK (Peoples Republic of Kalifornia) I see you are/were military. What branch?
  18. Welcome, hope to see you at one of the shoots!
